Jasmine at Customer Service was less than helpful and demonstrated a caustic attitude when I questioned why I was charged full price on a sale item. Leadership should reevaluate her utter lack of customer service skills. Is this the type of employee Kroger wants in a forward-facing public position???

Pharmacy supposed to open at 8. Currently 8:03, girl i checked with says pharmacist is always late. Unprofessional.

These aisles are so small it feels like I’ve been forced to go on a cave expedition. Two carts can hardly fit by each other.

This place seems to go downhill every single time I come here, system is always down aisles are packed with products that just sits there, no employees to help at all.

I had the most bizarre experience at the Starbucks inside this Kroger tonight. As I walk up to the counter (no line, no one waiting for drinks, just three young women behind the counter sitting around drinking their own coffee drinks and chatting)--the girl at the register literally SCOWLS at me. Like we're mortal enemies and this town isn't big enough for the both of us.
No stranger to customer service jobs (I've worked at Kroger, I've I've worked at coffee shops, I understand what a thankless and exhausting job it is) I assume that maybe she is just tired and not scowling at me specifically.
So I order. She doesn't hear my order, asks me to repeat it, and when I say "grande iced mocha" a little louder, one of her friends does an impression of me. Like, right in front of me. And the girls are all just giggling and tee-heeing, like I am not standing less than two feet away.
Since I don't want them to spit in my drink, I pay for my order, and then go look at some bouquets nearby. I come back 3 minutes later. No drink. No other customers. 3 people sitting behind the counter talking and drinking their own coffee drinks. I stand a little closer, but try not to stare or be rude. No one appears to be doing anything.
I then see one of them sort of sleepwalk over to the espresso machine, though it's still not clear if she's actually doing anything. Meanwhile they are all still just giggling at how hilarious it is they are refusing to make my drink.
A couple more minutes go by, and i see one of them float across the kiosk with my fully-made drink in her hand. I know it's my drink because, again, there are no other customers.
The girl with my drink continues to ignore me, sets it back down, and then goes back to her friends to laugh some more.
Finally, one person picks the drink up, asks if I want whipped cream. I decline. Instead of just putting the lid on the drink and handing it to me, this person then lingers near the espresso machine like she needs to add something else to it. Maybe sprinkling one of their seasonings into it? I honestly have no idea.
Finally, she sullenly places the drink in front of me like she is Cinderella and toiling all day at this Sisyphean task has prevented her from going to the ball.
In the end, I decide not to drink it. Because tbh, after all that, I cannot say with certainty that no extra "toppings" have been added to the drink.
So. Super fun! That's what i get for indulging in a bougie coffee drink, amirite? Lolz. Love getting bullied by people who think they are the only ones to have ever held a job.
So thanks, ladies! I'd like to say I won't be back, but the truth is you'll probably quit or get fired before I'm even up that way again anyway.

Waited in line for 20 min, let some dude in front of me since he had one six pack and then they shit down the self checkout lane we were at making me move into another line. Ended up just leaving the cart and going somewhere else. Checkout is FUBAR, and the staff is less than helpful and rude. Would rather drive three more minutes to anywhere else.

Asinine, discriminatory refund policies. Ignorant "management". Small/cramped aisles. Poorly accessible location. And basically overpriced on everything. Should be paved over. If you are in the area, go to Lucky's.

This Kroger.....
not a good neighbor. They are not allowing parking to go to grocery and then to farmers market. You can't leave the parking lot! They don't sell toilet paper, cleaning supplies,canned goods, etc at the farmers market. Now I have no reason to go to this store, not when it's gone downhill so much and there are so many nice grocery stores in the neighborhood. What are they thinking! Just silly!

Rude and no cashiers. I refuse to do the grocers job! They stand there and watch you to make sure you are doing there right! Oh and did I say very RUDE!

Have always been good to me, the staff is very customer friendly.
