Great store if you have all day to check out and find self checkout lanes a drag when you have lots of produce. Eight checkout lanes and only 1 is ever staffed. It’s almost like they’re trying to “train” customers to use self lanes.

Spectrum is a horrible company. I'm surprised Kroger has endorsed them, and allowed them to sell to it's customers inside their store. I have switched to Whole Foods where I don't have to be hassled and exploited when I'm hungry and just want groceries.

I was in there today with my daughter who’s an infant, go to the bathroom to change her there’s no changing table at all. I go wait at the customer service area mind you it’s only 4:30/4:45 one register says it’s closed so I go wait at the one that’s open, the lady yells across the way we’re closed we’re closed rudely, so I yell back where is a changing table, continues to just yell so I walk over where is a changing table so I can change my daughter “ oh they took it out “ okay so what is the solution for women who need to change there infants is there one in the males restroom, her response was “ oh idk what to tell you “ while every other employee that was working on the floor was trying to help the solution but this manager lady was saying no to.

Kroger employees are useless here at this store. All the Gallon Vitamin D milk is out in the racks and a senior citizen needed a gallon of milk and he told me he asked one of the worthless employees if they could go get him a gallon of milk and instead that employee just takes off doing something else. I said hold on and i'll go get you one. AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I DID. WENT IN THE BACK AND GOT HIM ONE. This is always an ongoing issue with all krogers they don't know how to restock things. Store management is a joke.

Disorganized, smelly, expired and damaged goods all over the store, and the employees were incredibly rude. I was yelled at while looking for a product to move when I was already standing back to allow space for others. Will NEVER be back and recommend everyone go to any other store than this one

Its overall a good kroger location. But the lack of training for clerks on how to bag groceries is unbelievable. The last visit, I buy 14 items, and get 10 bags. A pack of bic pens gets put into its own bag.
And i overhear a cashier telling a bagger that raw hamburger gets bagged separately from white lunch meat (cooked) because it may discolorate the white meat. The lack of training makes me nervous to shop here, for health reasons.

I'm angry. This store lets people from Spectrum Internet hound customers. Even after I indicated that I was NOT interested, the Spectrum person followed me, loudly asking me about my Wi-Fi service.

I’m pretty tired of getting hassled by Spectrum minions every time I come here to shop. It just happened moments ago. It’s very irritating, especially because they have terrible service. That’s disrespectful towards us customers. Next time, I will speak my mind.

Getting turned off about going to this Kroger /Graceland. Couple weeks ago I interacted with a worker that was working a "sample" stand in the bakery area. Nice conversation until he turned it political. Once he got on the bandwagon he would not stop. I said you know, not everyone thinks the same as you and as I walked away he continued with his comments. I should have complained then (but obviously did not) as he had me kinda shook up. Then I go in yesterday and I saw him again. I avoided him completely. But then was approached by Spectrum people asking me who my internet was with. I replied none of your damn business and I walked away. I hate that Kroger allows this company to do this. Otherwise it's a great place to shop.
I just want to do my shopping and go home...
