Love their new carts, the KroGO Caper carts. They are so easy to use and makes shopping so much faster and easier. You bag as you go. Everything shows up on your cart screen so you know exactly what you're paying for and how much you're spending as you shop. No waiting in lines for me anymore.

wouldn't want to buy any cleaning products because people at the store and the customers and the local officials don't want people such as myself being clean or appearing clean. They'll harass.

Chronically understaffed, I often find myself using self checkout regardless of how much I buy just because it's faster than waiting for the one cash register manned by a person, and I usually do a better job bagging than the people they have doing that.

The produce quality was low. The cucumbers were moldy. The produce shelves were untidy and picked through. Why doesn't Kroger support the local Ohio farmers? A lot of Mexican, African, and Canadian food origin.

Very clean store fully staffed no armed guards (thank goodness) to far from my home just happened to be in the area or I would here all the time.

The wait times here are always atrocious and items are frequently out of stock. Last time I visited there were only self check outs, even for large trips.

This Kroger has been getting worse and worse lately, the cashiers are mean and rude. Since I had a super bad experience with a rude lady cashier I stopped going there. Today I went there after graeter’s, called the attendant for help with self check out, the gentleman just stood there looking at the machine without doing anything. My mistake for coming back again.

This store is always unorganized and a mess. Everything is so cramped and crammed in. Employees seem to care more about talking amongst themselves than helping customers.

I was looking for Hot Links and they didn't have them. But neither did Target.
Found everything else I needed. Checker was pleasantly helpful in the self check line. Didn't get his name. I was there about 720 pm on May 22.
