Cory is absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and confident. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and somehow made it even better than I imagined. The cut, the styling—everything was flawless. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. First time here and Lacquer gallery is fantastic! Blu Botts is a rockstar. Super welcoming place, great reception check in, wonderful quality of services. Just got a cut and wash. As a dude with long hair, I'm a bit minimalist with my mane but the relaxing, chill environment left me with my hair and style making me feel GREAT.

Can't say enough good things here. I saw Blu for a shag haircut and it was perfect. She asked me what i wanted along the way and was also comfy with taking the lead and doing what she thought after having heard what/how I like to present. Recommend for both skill and good vibes.

Blu Botts is AMAZING! I had a 10 hour color correction and the entire appointment went great. At the end, I was worried about my hair and Blu went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I left super happy about my hair. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Autumn and Molly are incredible! For my first time, Molly was so welcoming and efficient. Loved chatting with her and my nails lasted for 3 weeks! Autumn did my wedding nails and I cannot say enough good things about her and the experience. I had inspo photos ready and wanted her to design something to match my veil, and she delivered. Could not recommend them enough, thank you for helping to make my wedding a HIT!

Since moving to Columbus in January 2025 I've now been to Lacquer twice, in part to fix issues with another popular salon chain in southwest Ohio. Both times I've had amazing cuts (first with Zoe and then with Anna), and Anna fixed some streaky/brassy issues with a previous balayage. I'd highly recommend Lacquer for their skill level and attention to detail!!

Today was my first time at Lacquer Gallery Nails, and I had such a great experience! Vera was amazing—super friendly and did an excellent job. The salon has a great vibe and is incredibly clean. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
