I have been coming to this location for years. Today is the last time. Dryers not working, keys to clean the lint are broken, washers are rusty, the manager did not answer when called. I wasted money on broken dryers and no refund. The whole place is dirty. The only good part was the guy working tried to fix what he could and was nice.

We come every Sunday. When Jeff worked here it was fine. Not now. The lady that works now is always late. It is 7:24 now on Sunday 7/27 and she is not here yet. Saw the reviews for the one on Hamilton Rd. Not much better. Will have to find another Laundromat now as my time is just as important. She needs to stop going out and make sure she is there to open up on time. Half hour late still not here. I'm out.

Had a guy pull a gun out of his trunk. Worst experience ever. Washing machines are poorly kept. Dryers hardly ever work.

Started coming here about two years ago, but progressively this place keeps getting worse and worse. More machines are out of order everytime we come and nothing gets fixed. Even if they don't say they're out of order, it's a 50/50 shot if the dryers will actually dry. Its safe to say at this point more than half of their dryers are out of order. We're never coming back.

Location isn't clear, machine are always broken down. Staff won't remove clothes from washer/dryer when just setting there for a long period of time (done) and it's apparent that the person who owns the clothes are not at the location. Needs better management.

This place is a joke. Half the washers are broken. 3/4 of the dryers don’t work or blow out cold air. That’s why they now offer free drying because the dryers don’t work. I am appalled that people are still coming here. Today will be my last time visiting this laundromat. It’s sad because I liked it so much when I first started coming months ago. I had to use my own money and couldn’t take advantage of the free drying because THEY DONT WORK! I complained and the workers said there really isn’t anything they could do which is unfortunate because I know they are just following orders. Who ever is running this place is going to lose it because we can not utilize it. I use to use the other laundromat near family dollar but it got over crowded but their service and machines were so great! I’ll be going back. You all have been warned!

This laundry was the best Laundromat but now the lady that work there is So rude if you ask her for trash bag, she will ask you for two dollars. You have to pay two dollars for you to get the trash bag attitude is unbelievable. She’s rude and disrespectful.

This place has gone downhill. Half of the machines are broken with no apparent plan to fix them. Management seems absent. The place was great when they first opened, I'm not sure what happened.

Please, if you don’t want to be playing musical chairs with the dryers, don’t come here. I’ve been here a couple of times and every time i come, i have issues with the dryers. Today, i had to switch dryers three times because they weren’t getting hot which also means that I’m wasting time and money. Also, most of the dryers are out of order or have a vacuum error.
