This Len Crafters is AMAZING!!!!! They totally saved the day with helping me get my contacts ASAP!!! I was traveling with my family from North Carolina to here in Ohio and this morning my contacts broke. I didn’t have any backups. But they helped save the day with getting my prescription from NC to OH. Thanks!!!!!!😊

The doctor was quick and efficient. He explained every step of the process very well. Post-exam I was taken care of by Sarah, who helped me choose frames and lenses. The pricing options were all laid out for me and I felt comfortable making a decision. Every staff member was so kind, highly recommend

I came in on Labor Day for an emergency sunglasses adjustment. The gentleman who helped me was amazing and took care of me efficiently and with care. Great service and staff. Would highly recommend.

I went for my appointment for new glasses which I've been putting off for a while.
When I went to the check-in desk the receptionist handed me a piece of paper that had two pages reduced to one so the type is so tiny I could not read it.
I asked the woman why she would hand someone that's coming in requiring glasses something they could not read? She asked me to try I told her I could not.
She sighed and said she'd read it to me. Halfway through she was asking me questions I did not understand so she said she get me some readers.
The text was so small they still did not allow me to read it. She sighed and said she would just have to read me the rest.
At this point I told her forget about it I would go somewhere else.
The Dr (?) and other staff just stood and watched without offering any assistance.

Dr Mihaly was the best doctor I've had since my PCP that I saw from about 1992 to 2012!!! I wish he could be my doctor for everything!!! Super nice, patient, very personable! He made me feel like I was important and took his time, not rushing me, through the eye exam because I was have difficulty because I've had RK done in 1994 and I have cataracts so it's really hard for me to focus as a result of the cloudiness in my eyes!! I could honestly go on and on!! Can I refer him for doctor of the year?

I had an excellent experience at this Lenscrafters. Lindsey went above and beyond to help me. I came to her with a list of frames, and lenses, and she took the time to run the pricing on all of them to help me determine what I could afford, and what looked best. Thanks Lindsey and give that woman a raise!!!

I went in to get my glasses repaired because I was missing a screw. There was a man there who helped me by repairing them for free and even cleaning them. Everyone was very nice. Kind atmosphere and will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing experience at LensCrafters! I somehow lucked out and was helped by Trisha, who went above and beyond. I thought I knew what I wanted, but Trisha’s honest feedback and expert eye completely changed the game. She helped me with shape, size, color, and style to find both glasses and sunglasses that made me feel confident and stylish. She was extremely personable, and I had a great time working with her. I just picked up my glasses five days sooner than expected—and wow, I am obsessed! I would never have left feeling so confident and sure of my choices if it weren’t for Trisha. Truly the best customer service—and I’m telling everyone.

Lori is truly a gift. I was seriously debating on going somewhere else for a pair of glasses due to the cost but after my experience with her, I am immensely grateful I didn't go anywhere else. She was so kind from the get-go and extremely patient and helpful with my picky self (and may I also say a quite difficult self, especially when finding the right pair of glasses). I have been through so much lately and although that should be rather irrelevant to a shopping experience for glasses, her kindness made such a world of difference for me and meant more than she could even know. She showed an exemplary, beyond-any-expectation level of customer service. Thank you again, Lori, for your immense kindness and I will without a doubt be back for when I need a new pair (or two). :)
