Sunglasses got scratches on them, so I had to buy new lens. I took the new lens to this location and they were able to put them in for me, quick and easy!
Shoutout to Anthony, the store manager, who helped me out. Great customer service and very friendly.

All of the opticians were kind and extremely knowledgeable especially Nehemiah Roman. His attention to detail to make sure that I received the correct prescription and the best pair of glasses for my facial shape was a bonus. Many places just sell you the glasses but never add that personal touch. Thank you LensCrafters staff at Polaris Mall.

Worst experience. Lacks lot of knowledge and professional. Try to void this shop. Soon they will close the shop by losing customers if they continues same way. I would give negative review if google allows

Excellent service. Needed a screw on prescription sunglasses and Anthony and Robert were exceptionally helpful. Hard to find dedicated and friendly staff at places anymore and these two gentlemen couldn't have been any nicer.

I have used Lens Cracters services since 2017. The company I work for requires safety glasses, since I am a verilux lense customer finding out verilux comes in safety lenses, not only I use them for my eye exam but go to them through out of network practice. Love their digital eye exams and so far have never had a problem. Last year a clip flying out of my station cracked my lense, did not have extended guarantee, lens crafters had them replaced with new frame using manufacturer guarantee, Today. I noticed my safety glasses had a small crack at the edge of frame. This time got extended guarantee when had them done in February, went to my current location, paid 53 dollars + tax and around the 16th of this month of October will have new verilux lenses and new frame. Extremely happy with Lense Crafters Polaris OH services. To me they gave me excellent service every time Ii was at their store.

Robert was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He helped me pick out a pair of frames and was willing to spend as much time as I needed. Even though it was close to closing time, I never felt rushed. He was knowledgeable, answered my questions, and took the time to adjust and clean my current glasses. I would definitely work with Robert again in the future.

I have had several interactions with this location over the last 6 months and every single time they have been extremely helpful, easy to work with, and genuinely nice. They have worked hard to make sure I got the best deal for what I needed without compromising on quality. Their selection of frames was better than any other place I checked out.
