I proceeded to submit a rental application on June 15, 2023, for Tower No. 78 with Kaufman Development in the Leveque Tower. The application was accepted, and on June 18, 2023, I paid a $500.00 USD security deposit and uploaded a renter's insurance policy to secure the unit. My desired move-in date was June 23, 2023.However, on June 20, 2023, a leasing agent told me my unit was unavailable and offered a more expensive 2-bedroom unit. After I informed them that unit was outside my budget, I was told my security deposit would be refunded. I declined this offer, and for the next ten days (or so), the leasing agent couldn't find a comparable unit for me. I was then offered a pricier unit available around two months after my initial move-in date, which I also declined.As of August 9, 2023, I still don't have my desired unit (Tower No. 78), with the explanation provided being that of a last-minute transfer. I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office (available via the Ohio Public Records Act), where I detailed my experience and described allegations of "bait-and-switch" tactics being used.In their response to my complaint, the Ohio Attorney General's Office mentioned that cases like mine are "often international in scope and criminal in nature." As part of my complaint, I asked for assistance and guidance in how to handle this matter, to which it was suggested the involvement of local law enforcement and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).I sought legal advice and was informed that the business conduct I experienced was improper. I'm sharing this review to inform others and possibly prevent them from facing the confusion, frustration, and loss of time I did with Kaufman Development LVQ Apartments.Reply to "Owner" LVQ Apartments:This feedback is not primarily intended for your company, but rather a warning to protect other consumers from companies that engage in unethical business conduct. Hence, why I plan to file a complaint with the FTC's ReportFraud and also pursue additional action.Lastly, to suggest Kaufman Development reached out to resolve this matter is disingenuous. The gravity of this situation far exceeds the purview of a corporation.

2 years on 23rd floor, moving shortly due to noise concerns. Walls between the units are not well insulated - each bedroom backs up to the living room next door. Can hear everything - especially the music at 2:00 in the morning. Building is beautiful but maintenance is poor. On the plus side, nice views of the Scioto Mile. Problem with water running in toliet - took almost a year to get them to replace with a new cheap model. Garage needs repairs and has had some vandalism to the autos.

I actually stayed in the hotel. This hotel is part of the Autograph collection so the style, decor, privacy features, space, simply everything was absolutely gorgeous. You will not be disappointed in this hotel. Luxury is an understatement. The restaurant located inside is called The Keep and they can keep their food because I was not happy.
