This company delivered and unpacked my household goods that hda been shipped from overseas. They did an outstanding job! Arman was the driver and he was great to work with and made sure his workers did things right. William was one of the guys on the team and he was outstanding as well. They all shook my hands and were very courtous. They put down a runner into the house and on the 2nd floor to keep my floors and carpet as clean as possible. They asked where I wanted things and were very polite about asking for ice, water, and for use of the fridge for their water or lunch. William didn't want to touch my faucet since his hands weren't clean at one point, so he asked me to turn it on so he could refill his water bottle. I was extremely impressed with their manners. They also did a good job unloading and placing boxes and furniture, making sure to move furniture by lifting instead of pushing it across the floor. One worker accidentally scraped a small spot our wall. He came to me and apologized, and the driver helped me fill out a claim form for the damage. (It was a simple fix - a little mud & paint.) (That one worker was the only one with any faults; the others were perfect.) They gave me their contact information so they could pick up the empty boxes when I was done with the ones I didn't want them to unpack. They came promptly. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Just got my UB (unaccompanied baggage) shipped from Japan. I just want to say this company was absolutely amazing! Calvin and Trey was my movers today. They are extremely professional, kind, fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend and will use for my next move if possible.

I can't give you a name. I was told go park out back and we'll call you. 3hrs later they call, 3hr more to unload. Driver stay in your truck facility
Btw the lady with glasses in the maroon suv at 9am 1/3/24 that drove behind me as i backed into dock and flipped me the bird on her way in the front door was icing on the cake. Nice touch

Hard to find the location also only one dock for unloading I have been in the facilities since 3 am still won’t get unloaded till 12 so very bad experience on entire trucking so poor management

We have moved several times with little or no damage to our furniture. Lewis and Michael not only damaged MULTIPLE pieces of our furniture, but also scratched the new tile at our house and left gashes in the drywall. In addition, when they chipped a corner off the molding on the china hutch, they tried to glue it back on before they took it off the truck, but did a terrible job lining it up. It will now cost me even more to have it repaired. My multiple attempts to get the company to compensate me for this went nowhere.

Definitely overcommitted on schedule making us wait on our beds, furniture, clothes etc. They worked hard with Atlas to try and provide a solution, but the upfront communication and overbooking could have been avoided. We mostly blame Atlas for overbooking and Tim with Lewis and Michael pushed for our stuff to ship to our new house. Thanks for working hard to find a solution.

Worse movers I have ever had! They were slow and didn't follow directions. Many of our hhg are missing or broken. I called last month to ask questions and was told someone would call me back. Needless to say no one did so here I am a month later calling them back and the guy that answer claiming I'm yelling. Why would yell? Yelling doesn't solve anything and it definitely won't make him move faster. Another thing I know they lied at the weight of our house hold goods. Just not trustworthy!!
