Horrible. Well, the facility itself may work for storage, but their practices are manipulative. I was roped into an introductory price which seemed good at the time, not cheap, but fair. After my introductory period was over my price doubled. I went from $188 to $345. That is way too much to be spending.
Find somewhere that you can negotiate a long-term contract price because this is not the place and they will gouge you right after your introduction rate is over and simply tell you they sent something in the mail. And it's true, they can change the price on a monthly basis and just have to let you know 30 days in advance. While that's true, who could expect that your rent would increase over $150 per month.
I've already called and the owner said he gets so many calls like this. I actually feel bad for him having to work there and I told him to get a new job because this is consumer manipulation.

This is my second time to rent storage space at Life Storage on Henderson Rd and I was pleased to see that Tonya was still manning the front desk as capably as ever . She also had a helper from another location , MJ ( Mike) and together they let me check on various sites, sizes and locations , and helped me to finish booking with their online specials . I’ve happily returned here to their safe , well lighted , clean and convenient location, hours and easy payment options .
Worth the price in every way !

Seem to be friendly and helpful. They have 3, 6, 9 and 12 month increases in price, based on the market. Hopefully they don't try to stick it to me with a 18, 20, 50% or double increase, in the coming months.

The best storage of all time the woman Tanya or Tonya was so helpful and supportive as I was going through a really difficult move gave me a great price and was very patient with me even through my frustration . They had everything I needed to pack and store
