There was a wrong locks in my unit. I found out after unloading all of my stuff, so I went to the staff for assistance as she was closing the office at 1800. She said “I can’t help you, we’re close!! You can call customer service” Customer service was nice and called the local manager, but no one responded so, I had to left all of my belonging unsecured until then next day for assistance. All the staff had to do was give me the right locks as she was walking out of the office, but she did not care to help me at all. Event if it was their mistake for putting the wrong locks for that unit.

My experience at extra space storage was amazing. I originally purchased a smaller unit and needed a bigger one. The gentleman that helped me was very patient and pleasant to work with. The unit was also clean no bugs or spider webs in sight. I 100% recommend using them for your storage needs!

If you looking for storage i recommend you to go extra space storage they are super secure, and protective you can walk in anytime and got fully access to your locker.

I've used other storage facilities and this one is by far the best. Customer service has been excellent and they actually reached out to me when they found that we had not correctly locked our door. I highly recommend them!

Lovely no contact option, incredibly self explanatory, and the access hours to the garage are great! We put blankets and newspapers to line our garage in case of heavy rain and none of them came into contact with any water. Love the app too and it allows you to open the gate from your phone!
