This guy is a fraud. He told me the service would cost $65, took my money, and never followed up. I had to call three days later just to get an update, only for him to suddenly claim I owed over $200 more. Completely dishonest and really poor service.

This guy is a fraud. He fooled me into paying 65 bucks saying that is the price for my service. Never reached out to me. I had to call 3 days later to ask about it only for him to tell me I owe him more money over 200 bucks! Really poor service

Brought in our 50" Samsung on a Friday because the LED bulb went out and John quoted he would have to order the part but could get me done by Wednesday. Called him on Wednesday and he had everything up/running & Finished. He was very professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Will be coming back to do future business. 5Stars!!!

Jon was very easy to work with. Reasonable pricing for bringing a dead tv back to life. I would definitely recommend this shop to others and will come back myself if I run into issues with other tvs in the future. A+ service.

I recently took my TV there. Waited two weeks to get it fixed. Paid in total of $380 to get fixed. took it home. Put it on the wall and the picture was worse then what I had it before I dropped it off. When I called they told me when it leaves their shop they are no longer responsible for it. They didn't respect the warranty. They told me I was S.O.L. Don't bother going here. call Geek Squad and have them come to your house. They don't respect their work or their customers. They don't have integrity. I feel really bad for them as people. super sad

Jon is a good business owner. He knows his stuff about TV and other electronics. He's honest and fair and appreciates his customers and their trust in him. If you're disappointed with Lincoln TV you probably can't be satisfied with any TV service.

My 55 inch Vizio D-Series Du-D1 had white spots showing on the screen. I took it to Lincoln TV and Jon investigated the issue. Turned out that the reflectors (or lenses) inside my TV had fallen off due to possible overheating. Jon was very professional and was able to fix my TV in short amount of time. My TV now works like new! Thanks Jon for getting my TV right!
