Lindsay auto body had my vehicle for several weeks as they worked with a very difficult insurance company to get things taken care of and they were awesome! the staff at lindsay auto body were patient, nice, and did everything they could to speed things up! I couldn't have asked for better service!

Good quality work. Time management was horrible. Waited a month to get my car in and the another week and a half before they even looked at it. I could have been driving my car for that time while they did nothing. Instead I was stuck with my rental.Services: Painting

Was going to take my vehicle in for collision repair as a new customer, but the lady that answered my call this evening was very rude and I will not be calling back to proceed any future business. She is answering the phone like an automated robot so people don't leave a msg, then hangs up on them. I would suggest training a different approach and maybe identifying herself when answering after hours to gain more business

I highly recommend Lindsay Body Shop for anyone who needs quality car repairs. They did an amazing job on my son’s 2017 BMW 340 I, which had some serious damage after a hit and run incident. They were able to use factory parts, the staff was friendly, professional, and honest. They were amazing at keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs and finished the job quicker than expected. My son was thrilled to see his car looking like new again. If I could give a higher score I would! My experience with Lindsay Auto Body has been amazing. I primarily work with Codie and he keeps me well updated with every vehicle I’ve brought for repairs. His communication and customer service is impeccable. Working with Chloe has been amazing too. I want to give kudos to the body and paint technicians as well. The work I’ve seen is absolutely beautiful. I’ve already recommended friends, coworkers, and customers to bring their vehicles to Lindsay if they ever need any body repairs. Got my car looking brand new, the way it ought to, and with OEM parts only. Took some time but I'm sure most of it was because the at fault party's insurance dragged out the haggling. Great staff, car super fresh and clean, can see it was treated with great care.

I took my 2021 Acura TLX SH-AWD in for an estimate for bumper damage. I received it via email and it seemed much more than expected. I had two other estimates to compare it to and it was the most expensive. I tried to contact them with some specific questions but the estimator never called back. Because they carry the Lindsay name (I've been a loyal Lindsay Acura customer for many years), I went ahead and submitted the quote to my insurance company. They called me and said the quote was most certainly padded. It's not unusual for a body shop an insurance company to face off against each other. The insurance company submitted its own estimate to Lindsay to see if a middle ground could be met. They made several phone calls (left messages) and emails to Lindsay but could not connect. After several weeks, I went to yet another body shop with whom I had dealt in the past. It was where the dealer had recommended their customers go. Their estimate was actually the most reasonable of all. Apparently, the Lindsay shop is "Lindsay" in name only as I was told the actual owner is a chain not based in the area. Be forewarned regarding their very poor customer service and expensive costs. NOT recommended.

I went by to get an estimate on May 23rd. The lady took pictures and said they will email me the estimate later In the day. I did not receive an estimate so the next day I called following up and was told there was no total on the estimate and the estimator was off sick for the day. I was told she would email the estimator. I never heard back so I called again on May 30. I was told there was no estimate yet and she would contact a manager. Today is 2 days later, June 1st and I still have not heard back with and estimate. They have my phone number and email address. Another auto body shop gave me a written estimate the same day I visited. I was hoping to get one from Lindsey auto body because I have a Honda and usually use their auto service department, plus the location is convenient. I also tried to reach them several times via their website and it wasn't working so I was unable to connect with them through that tool. This poor customer service is unacceptable and I would not recommend reaching out to them.

Don't no how they got such a good rating never seen Ed. I seen JB Hess and he acted like he could or did careless about getting my business. Extremely rude and unprofessional. My $5000.00 dollar job will be going to 3C body. It will be done before he could even call me back to set up my appointment. Which he never did.Services: Painting

I purchased my 1st brand new Honda July 2021. On 11/28/2021, while attending an event someone put a small ding on my bumper. Although, it was very small & certainly not worth contacting my insurance agent, I didn't want it there.My daughter suggested I call Lindsey Honda's body shop. I was a little apprehensive because it was so small & didn't know what the out-of-pocket expense would be.A couple days later, I decided to call. I spoke to a gentleman name Calvin. I told him the situation. He asked if I could bring it in so they could look at it. I went the same day & was greeted by Calvin. He looked at the ding, explained what could be done & preceeded to provide the times I could bring my vehicle in.Today (12/2/2021), I took my vehicle back to Lindsay's Auto Body shop. Again, I was greeted by Calvin. Calvin took my vehicle to service so that the ding could be removed. I also needed the air in my tires to be adjusted.I gave 5 stars because of Calvin's promptness, professionalism, personal attention & great attitude! In addition, to the great service & no out-of-pocket expense. Thanks Calvin for the great experience!?Services: Tires

Our car was there for weeks without any work done. Was told multiple times our car was next but it was never worked on...if you are private pay and don't have a rental...I would suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else. The customer service was great (In terms of friendliness not accuracy of info) but the speed of work was poor.

These folks are awesome. Very professional and courteous. We smoked a deer and after Lindsay Honda finished our body work the car looked good as new. There was a hiccup with the windshield that they immediately addressed. Would definitely recommend for auto body work.Services: Painting
