This pizza place had the doors locked for one, then we went thru the drive-thru and got to the window and ordered our food and the guy starts helping another lady and puts us on hold, then finally starts helping us. Then I give him $20 plus the exact change and he tries to take my change and give me a dollar less I had to tell him how much to give me, then the pizza wasn't hot. I was quite disappointed.

The store manager came up to the counter and greeted me. Ensured that I was waited on quickly and efficiently. My Pizza was hot and delicious.

Pizza was not good, sub par at best. The young lady you working the drive thru was very polite and I appreciate that.

Consistently good pizza and no frills service. Love that they have a drive through.

The food is exceptional. Always ready to go inside, long lines in all Little Caesars drive through, busy, busy, busy.Vegetarian options: No meat, but plenty of hot gooey cheese ?

I have the Little Caesars app on my phone and usually order from the Stygler, Morse, or Hudson locations even though this one is less than a mile from my home, just because the service is always so horrendous. But I thought, "With the Pizza Portal (online pre-paid, self-pickup with a code), how bad could it be?" I placed the order, waited 15 minutes, got the email saying my order had been loaded into the Pizza Portal, and left. I arrived to see the line for the drive-thru going out into the street, about 15-20 cars. I parked, walked up, and saw through the window that mine was the only name displayed on the Pizza Portal. And then I found that the doors were all locked. I waved to an employee and pointed at my pizzas, and she pointed me to the drive-thru. On the app, it had even asked if I wanted to use the Portal or the drive-thru, and I selected the Portal. It didn't say anything about the store being locked. What's the point in even offering that option if they're going to lock out the customers and make them wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru?
