I think there is something to be said about a company who not only prioritizes the quality of their product, but also each interaction with customers. My wife, my mom and I regularly look for reasons to come into the Easton location. Dylan has made every visit beyond pleasant-ensuring we always got exactly what we needed. I could be having a bad day, but by the time I leave after interacting with them, I can feel a difference. Their products are the highest quality and very clean. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I was in today with my boyfriend just planning to look around, but everything here is amazing, especially the workers! Dylan and Soliana helped us today and they were just the nicest people ever! Dylan seemed very knowledgeable on the products and convinced us to buy more. They both made our day with their kindness :) Will definitely be coming back.

Just shop here for all skin care and perfumes and colognes. Amazing customer service I was in a pinch needing travel size skin care for a surprise trip. I came into the store and DYLAN went above and beyond to show me new skin care products and told me that my connecting airport (Atlanta) had a huge L’Occitane store that sold travel TSA APPROVED sized skin care. I got my travel size and when I returned back to OHIO I came into the store to thank him- but bought my fav scent for my husband also- Eav des Bavx(brown bottle).
I recommend this location bc of the kindness and hospitality you will be shown.

Dylan made us feel so welcomed in the location! He was very knowledgeable on the products and made sure we understood the uses for the products as well as the brand identity. By the time I left the store, I felt like i had made a new friend. I wish I did not go so close to closing!! Cannot say enough good things about this location!! Extremely clean, well stocked, and great staff. What more could it need?

The worker was obviously very knowledgeable on every product and left my friends, and I wanted to come back to learn more. Both the products and staff are amazing!

Bisi is amazing! She provided exceptional customer service as soon as I walked in. I got the shampoo and conditioner bars and they work amazing and leave my hair so smooth. I also got a face mask, foot cream, lip balm, and gift with purchase! I love all of my products and she gave me samples to try too. I highly recommend visiting this location because it is wonderful.

I was in the other day for my first time and I can't wait to go back! Dylan is a great ambassador for loccitane & he made me want to come back/make in store visits instead of buying online. Also the new location at Easton is gorgeous, definitely a mood boosting place to visit.

The new location is so much more spacious, everything feels less cramped and more inviting. I only come in for the basics, (shampoo, conditioner, gel, face cream, cologne, etc) but I love being able to browse all of the products I probably should be using too!Service is always wonderful here as well, all the staff are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy about it. I always feel like they've just been waiting for me to come in.

Dillon assisted me in the store this evening. He was such a joy and beyond helpful. The product sells itself, but Dillion will be the reason I return to the store and NOT order on line. Customer service, and a truly genuine personality, is so refreshing. I will see you soon Dillon……Deborah.

I and 2 of my adult children stopped into this store yesterday evening to buy some hand wash and lotion. The salesperson, Grace Y. was very curt and abrupt when dealing with us and even got visibly upset when I asked if the hand wash was available in a larger size as I did not see one on display for purchase. She shot back saying in a very irritated tone that she'd just shown us that size! She pointed over to the sink and said "It's right over there, you just used it!" I calmly told her that I wanted to purchase a larger bottle and that I wouldn't be buying the sample one at the sink. She then opened the drawer and pulled out the size I wanted. I understand that miscommunications happen, however, that's not an excuse for snapping so harshly at a customer. Sorry guys, but I recommend you go elsewhere if you're interested in buying some overpriced soaps and lotions! At least you won't get abusive treatment like at this store.

MARYAM is a horrible salesperson i've ever seen. I believe she is racist to Asian people and looks down on us. I was shopping for some gifts for my moms birthday, and after i picked up the items, i asked the gifts to be wrapped. Her attitude and the way she talked were rude and kept saying that she can not wrap those items i picked. Obviously, I saw the gift wapper paper behind her, so i asked why u can not wrap them if you have gift wrap over their. She didn't explain why but continued saying " i can't wrap them for you. How am i wrapped for you? " Then i asked what is wrong with you? Then she asked us to leave because she was the manager in there. She called the security guy and asked us to leave. That was the horrible experience i had in LOCCITANE ever.

Maryam was excellent. She was helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I just bought a new scent pocket hand cream this trip that Maryam introduced me to. Thanks Maryam! I love this store. I wish I could afford to buy everything!
