I had to make several returns because of wrong sizes. The young female staff member was so friendly and helpful - thank you. I love Loft’s quality clothing. Highly recommend.

Average if not below. I asked about the price of denim shirts and was clearly told I would be charged full price . They had 30 percent off signs everywhere. I called the Dublin river ridge store and they told me the shorts were 30 percent off and they would put a pair aside for me. I explained this to the other lady and she said they would give me 30 percent off too. I know I was told by the other lady she would charge me regular price. If you don’t know the prices , ask someone instead of giving a customer the wrong information. Dublin is my regular store and I will shop there only from now on.

I love that I can find appropriate work clothes that are stylish, well fitting and reasonably priced (when there is a sale). Staff doesn't follow me around but is available when needed.

Good quality clothing but definitely on the pricey side. I went during the half off sale and found a couple cute and comfortable pairs of pants for work. They actually have a great petite section too, which is very hard to find! Can't wait until the next sale lol

I'm living around Polaris mall now. So I often go to Loft in the mall. But sometimes.. They are not nice to customers when they are explaining about clothes. So... I felt bed and I feel like not going there again.
