Wow! What a group of people here! Fantastic customer service, especially with Trevor. Thank you so much for walking me through set-up, not once but twice (once with arrangement and the second time with surround sound). He was such a blessing to have and very cheerful. Thank you again for all your help.
Btw... we love our set-up! It is everything and more!

Very uncomfortable. Had mine for years now (since 2019). Quickly moved it to storage/bonus room. Thought I would give it another try and replace the cushions that came with standard foam with Lovesoft. Order said it would take 4-6 weeks to ship. After waiting a few weeks I followed up and was told it would be 5 days before someone responded. No one responded. Followed up again indicating a desire to cancel. Immediately received a response cancelling my order. Garbage product and terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMEND!!

There once was a beautiful princess who loved the idea of having a couch she could rearrange to fit the ever changing lifestyle of her family. The handsome prince was not amused. So the princess brought the prince into the Easton Lovsac and sought out the enchanted Mandy. Mandy graced her amazing knowledge onto the prince. She was patient with him, she explained everything to him without pressure, she let him play with the volume button while the princess talked fabrics. Mandy is known throughout the land for good reason, she is one of the best. In the end, the castle has a new couch, the princess is happy, the prince thinks it was all his idea, and they all lived happily ever after.

We loved the idea of modular furniture that we could use in different ways, depending on our needs. The showroom employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We decided to move forward with purchase, and we’re able to do this without issues and remotely! Thanks so much to Jason and Michelle for making this a very pleasant buying experience!
