We loved the idea of modular furniture that we could use in different ways, depending on our needs. The showroom employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The new manager is AWFUL! She is condescending, aggressive, argumentative, and just plan rude. She also shares a lot of details about her employees and is incredibly unaware of how insulting she is to customers. The entire store needs retraining and probably a new manager before they lose a lot more business.

I enjoyed shopping at the Love Sac store on 12/7/22. But Christmas is a week away and I still haven't received my order. I wasn't told it that it should take 2-3 weeks until after the sale was complete. Yes, I guess I should have asked. If it arrives this week and the product is of high quality, I'll be satisfied. But Love Sac keeps asking me to rate my experience and I can't fully comment yet.

The package came with slightly opened cover which made it very hard to pull the insert out of the bag.The insert is good for short periods of sitting but gets soggy by the end of the movie. Not great experience for the price.

The staff at the store were very helpful. They were not pushy like other furniture stores. Let us take home several samples to see what fabric would work. They offer a texting feature when you get a quote from in store where you can ask questions and get responses really quickly. We were able to order our Sactional with so much ease it was crazy! Best part is our sofa will be delivered less than a week from when we ordered. So grateful for the staff and their help!

The associate and ASM were both very friendly and helpful. After having a bad experience at the store located at The Greene in Dayton it was refreshing to have people friendly AND helpful. They apologized multiple times for the other store’s behavior, but more importantly were able to able be easily and quickly to place my order. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Going to the actual brick & mortar store was great. Had I ordered online there would have been an issue regarding how I wanted my Lovesac arrangement. The discount listed on the website is also available at the store. Overall the in person contact was tremendous.
