If you’re thinking of working for Lowe’s, I would strongly urge you to not work at this particular location. I was an employee and manager for the company for several years, and I should’ve never left my original store to go to this one, because I immediately regretted it. Red flags abound.Let’s keep it short and sweet.From the managers that had very little to no experience and their overzealous methods and egos, to the terrible favoritism and dishonest disciplinary actions they would wield if you were different - it became very clear, very quickly that this place was a vanity project helmed by a store manager that should not be a store manager.Nearly a year later since the day I quit, I’m relieved, happy and proud that I turned my back on a store, and a company, that devalued my self worth at the expense of their own pride.

First time I ever wrote a review for anything.Was trying to figure out how to extend the hoses on my countertop dishwasher. Of course I turned to the internet to learn how, but didn't really find what I was looking for.I went to the Ace Hardware down the street, and though the guys there tried their best to be helpful, ultimately they had no idea and told me to try Lowes.Went to Lowes and I was helped by a sales associate named Brett. He was the most helpful employee I've ever met at a Lowes. He took the time to walk me through how he'd go about it, patiently answered every one of my questions, and made sure every piece of hardware I grabbed off the shelf fit my tubing and were the correct amount. Came home right after, did exactly what he told me and it works absolutely perfect. Thanks Brett and Lowes.

Would not recommend had very little Inventory when it comes to a refrigerator and when they deliver it a day late!! this is what you get!! 1600 dollars and a beat up piece of metal! And they refuse to make it right!!

This Lowe's is of course the same as any other hardware store it does however hold a good spot in the rollidex if searching for a hardware store that has competent employees who know quite a bit about where they work and the products that they sell. I will continue to shop here as long as they continue to have some of the best hardware store service that you can get at this point in life where hardly anyone wants to work.

A store EMPLOYEE was "helping" me and STOLE MY WALLET! It was on camera! The manager and customer service have not even called me to offer an apology, let alone discuss making me whole. They refuse to give the Detective his name so I can press charges because "it's against company policy". They told CPD he had my walletand still refuse t9 help!! They've chosen to protect a criminal employee rather than their customer. I am at a loss in more ways than one.

This is my go to home improvement store. I live in Grove City and drive to this Lowes store, they always have what I need to work on my home projects! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and location of the product in the store. This saves me from searching for the item I require. This store carries many of the tools required to do the maintenance on your home.Keep up the great job!

Stopped in for hardware for a few DIY projects. I was lucky enough to get help from Mr. Howard. He knows exactly what is talking about and knows where everything is. He even knows the things you don't even know you need for your project. He is amazing.

MY FAVORITE LOWES IN OHIO! I literally drive across town to this Lowes just so that I may have a great experience! Shai and Clarence are my favorite staff! I am treated with respect as a female contractor and that is rare.Shai even stopped a man from potentially stabbing me while in the store minding my business. If that's not going above and beyond I don't know what is!!!Overall The store is clean and normally has the things I need and if they do not Clarence is my go to guy to get my order completed. I do wish this one was closer to me but then again I am sure my bank account is happier because id be there everyday!. All I know is that Shai and Clarence have been there forever and both deserve raises. If they can put up with my picky self with a smile haha. Seriously they are truly Amazing and I wish/project for them a grand and deserving promotion in 2024!

Ben in flooring is absolutely fantastic! He stayed after his shift was over to finish our very large order! This is our 2nd order placed with Ben is is very knowledgeable about more than flooring!

The cashier attendant was very nice and the few employees in passing were nice. Visited for some DIY project items. The store layout is a little confusing to navigate.

I've never had a worse experience when receiving a product. Had to pay $79 dollars for a local delivery (would normally be free at Home Depot). The day the product was supposed to arrive no one showed. No one called no one helped. I called customer service and waited 45 minutes for them to transfer me to their shady 3rd party delivery service. 3rd party delivery service told me my order had been cancelled and that I needed to call Lowe's back. Got a call from the local delivery coordinator the next morning telling me my delivery driver had broken his ankle the previous day and wanted to reschedule for the next day. He was supposed to call me and let me know if it was not going to arrive by a certain time so that I could coordinate for alternate pick up as I had coordinated to install the item at a certain time. I received no call and a notification after hours that my delivery was set after the time period of which the service rep agreed to meet, or let me know if he couldn't. This company is an absolute joke. Their employees lack any shred of integrity, work ethic, or pride. Don't waste your time or money here. In case anyone's wondering... I still don't have the product I ordered and paid an exorbitant amount in shipping for.
