Looking for a specific item in the lumber section, found out you guys don't carry it, but while I was waiting for someone to assist me, this entitled woman (customer) walks up to the counter with her PET dog. I told her that I'm allergic to dogs and she just rolled her eyes. I tried to distance myself from her dog but it didn't help. I started coughing, could feel my throat getting scratchy and swelling. I had to leave because of this entitled person who thinks it's ok to drag their PETS with them everywhere they go. It was very obvious that this was a pet and NOT a service dog. She should've been stopped as soon as she entered the store and told to take her pet out of the store for the safety and health of employees and other customers. In case there is any confusion, "emotional support" dogs are a farce and are NOT recongized by ADA as service dogs and is an extreme offence to those who genuinely require a certified service dog, that spends a great deal of time jumping through hoops getting medical approval and spend thousands of dollars for certificates and training to obtain and keep a verified service dog. Lowe's and all businesses need to consider their employees and customers with allergies, asthma, other health/respiration issues or phobias of dogs, as well as the sanitary issues of a pet dog relieving itself in an aisle or on products. Also consider who is liable should someone's pet bite an employee or other customer.Also wanted to add that I was going to purchase a chest freezer, had the money in my pocket to do so, but because my allergies flared up due to this pet dog, causing me to have to leave, I didn't make it back to the appliance area. This entitled woman with her pet cost Lowe's a sale. I'll go to Home Depot later to buy the chest freezer after my allergies subside.

I had them install my roof and would highly recommend. The job ended up being less than what I was originally quoted so they refunded me the difference. My install was back in 2018 or 2019, but read some reviews complaining about the subcontractors so wanted to give my opinion.

Should be a 0. We went there to get wood for building stairs. A guy was standing there in the beginning of the closed off lumber aisle, with his arm crossed starring at nothing. We asked him how long aisle was going to be closed. I don't know was his response. We went to the service counter and asked. The guy we originally talked to, turned around and yelled at us saying "damn calm down, keep acting like that and it will be all day". Don't spend your money here unless you wanna be belittled by the store manager for asking a question. I called 1800 # and got no response. All my money and future projects will be going to home depot. I will not spend no more money at Lowes until they can rectify this for me. At no point, should we ever got talked to like that.

Lowes is an excellent source for all your home improvement or maintenance requirements.Plumbing, electrical, paints, light fixtures along with bulbs.Tools sold here are power tools to screwdrivers.They have a great garden selection.Great store!

I recently I needed some help with figuring out how to design Cabinetry set up for my kitchen and I was introduced to Trinity Smith. In less than a half an hour she had a design for me and was able to set me at ease when I was stressing on what I needed to do and how I needed to do it. I also would like to mention how personable and down-to-earth Trinity is as well. Her expertise and professionalism are definitely qualities that every business needs to have in their departments

I have purchased some stuff from this store and I could not returned without receipt they found some with my lowes credit card, but the store manager SCOTT very rude person he said that they can't do anything about it since this are new rules from headquarters.Horrible experience with this guy.

I need paint and took my old can with me. Old can $21.97 3yrs ago. $57.00 today. Service was good at paint counter. Self check out.......I didn't like the price . I'll never agree to self check out !!!!

Solely in reference to my experience with the customer service desk. Worst experience I’ve had, older lady clearly had no idea what she was doing and was very rude. Not helpful at all. Changed from a 1 star to a 3 because when I had to come back in, new lady was at the customer service desk (Natalie) and she was actually helpful.

I go to the southwest Lowes vs southside Lowes because I like their floor plan better. I would also like to congratulate Lowes on their automation of the Veteran payment process. They have always been ahead of their competitor HD in this regard! I just found out HD just completed automation. I sent my paperwork in over a year ago!

Been here a few times now needed some specially fasteners made sure that they were in stock got there and there was only one damaged box that was opened and asked if there was more of them cuz I needed more than one box so i wandered around and try to find an associate and this older gentleman looked around sorry I can't find it so he went to find the guy in that department nope you'd be surprised the count is off that much I'm sorry to tell you A lot of people steal stuff like this okay then..... That was a waste of 15 minutes So I asked if I could get something off for the damaged box because it looked like it was opened missing stuff out of it I asked the cashier and she was extremely rude I wasn't trying to get over on anybody or be some type of way! She's like you can count it out right here and shook her head..... If you want too. WOW THANKS FOR REMINDING ME WHY I ONLY GO TO HOME DEPOT AND MENARDS!!

Horrible experience. I applied to be a door and windows sales rep. I had an interview scheduled with Brian Price. He was 30 minutes late and not presentable whatsoever. The interview went ok until we discussed my hourly pay. I asked what I could expect to be pay and he told me "12.50 an hour and some commissions." This was alright because I have the know how to do sales and make commissions but I told him I have a family to feed so I asked if he could bump the 12.50 to 15 an hour plus commissions. He just sat there looking at me with a very nasty look. "I don't care about your family, I have one too and you don't see me crying." I was in utter shock. This is not the type of behavior I expect from Lowes.

I purchased 2 small hardware items on 6/27.As I approached the self checkout, the cashier came to me tosay she would help me !I didn't need help!She scanned the 2 items, then asked for my VA discount information. I had on a Navy hay.She entered my phone number, then asked to see my dl. I opened my wallet and showed it to her. Then she demanded I take the dl out of my wallet!She made me show her the back so she could scan it!I said "really".The had to scan my dl !!!So rude !

I am not a cashier. I should not have to return to the store to obtain the 50% discount. You should not expect me to know how to check my own items. An employee should be there.
