This was my first time shopping at Lululemon in-Store. I needed help with a recommendation of which item to by and it took while to find anyone to help me. The girls didn’t seem to care to help and overall it wasn’t the experience I was expecting. I am very happy with my purchase though ! The store was clean and it looks like they do a great job maintaining. The gal checking me out was a bit more conversational but I would have probably bought more / spent more time in there if it didn’t seem as intimidating to get help.

Agree with the comments below saying the staff was rude. I Was being helped by the staff member Lucy at check out who was beyond rude. Extremely disappointing to have such a negative, miserable, rude employee at this store. Definitely gives the company a bad reputation having a staff member with this energy as the “manager”. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

I do not like this Polaris location. I came in here to exchange leggings I bought online because they didn’t fit correctly. The woman gave me 5 seconds to explain and said “we don’t do exchanges” which is crazy because if I drive to Easton and state the same problem that “they do not fit” they always help me out and exchange them. I will never buy from lululemon in Polaris. Staff is terrible.

I was slightly nervous at first when I walked into the store (as someone who is a plus size). Right as I stepped in, the staff made me feel welcomed. There were several educators near the fitting rooms who were available to help me. They asked what kind of activities I was doing and how I like to feel in my exercise clothing. I would have been lost without their help and was really grateful for their expertise and assistance. I left with several high quality pairs of leggings that I am in LOVE with. Very inclusive environment to us who are of plus size. Will be back for when fall comes!

Was told had a bag being held, paid for from another store. Drive to this location, only to be told they never had it in stock. No emails, no phone call saying it wasn't there. Thankfully a refund, but at 5$ for gas, it's making it hard to stomach incompetence.

Several shootings at this mall!!!!Copied from one of our officers working special duty!!!!For anyone who shops at or who’s spouses or family shop at Lululemon you might want to rethink supporting them after this…. Yesterday while working at Polaris Mall my partner and I were standing near the store, not near the door not blocking anything just near the entire storefront. The store manager came out and very aggressively demanded that we leave and stated that it’s their company policy they they do not have police in or near their establishments. Again we were in public space on property not owned or controlled by them what so ever. If our presence near their store in uniform is a violation of policy then clearly we should not be supporting them what so ever by shopping there.That’s it for me!!!!

Hands down the best lululemon in central Ohio. Even on a weekend day, the staff was super helpful, did a great job managing the long line, and has rockstar associates. My size was not available in store, but thankfully the associate helping me had let me know it was online, and boom, it was ordered. I will definitely be visiting Polaris over Easton (and any other location) from now on.

Couldn't find a single pair of pants in my waist/inseam. Was a bit demoralizing that I went to the store in order to purchase online with confidence only to have nothing to try on.

I have no idea why the staff is so rude at this location? I’ve visited this store on 3 different occasions and have been rubbed the wrong way or treated rudely each time. Will no longer shop here. If I’m buying anything it will be online or at Easton location.

My boyfriend went to the Polaris Mall location today and asked a worker for help on a pair of leggings that I wanted she said “clearly you’ve never shopped for a girl before” very rudely. She had black hair maybe around 5’7. This is not the first time they have been rude to me or my friends. These workers are brutal. If their management doesn’t get control of this I can promise they will not receive much more business. I’ve heard multiple horror stories about this location and the teenage girls that work there. What is their problem with being so rude? Is it just because they work at a high end store they feel entitled. Lululemon do better, and management get control of this.

I really don't like the store itself. From the pricing being ridiculously exorbitant; to the soldier attendant at the door making sure you have a mask on regardless of the Death- Valley temperature or legalities, to the crowded unorganized nature. It's the trendy thing, so here we are. Now... did I spend $140 on leggings? Yep. Have you worn them? They are really pretty amazing. All that to say, once I found my fit...online I go.
