I had a wonderful experience at this Lush location. The store was incredibly organized and fully stocked, with more inventory than I’ve seen at any other Lush. Kyla was amazing: super knowledgeable about all the products and able to give me thoughtful, spot-on recommendations. Easily my best Lush experience yet! Highly recommend.

First time shopping at Lush ever and found a sharp piece of plastic in the minion bath bomb we purchased at this location a couple of weeks ago. My daughter accidentally sat on it when the bath bomb fizzed out. Luckily she wasn't hurt but it brought back bad memories of how I ended up in ER when I sat on a sharp toy as a kid.

Stopped in today while I was in town, store was well organized, clean and there was so much to look at. I have to say, Molly that works there is the most awesome person I've ever met, she was helpful, kind and funny. I left the store in such a wonderful mood and when I got back to my hotel room I tried the samples she included, I will definitely be purchasing them! The Karma soap sample smells amazing and I'm obsessed with it lol, I can't wait to share the gifts I picked out for my daughter for her birthday and include her samples as well.

Molly was so amazing she took so much time with me to google, research, and help me find what I wanted. I wanted/was looking for something very specific and have allergies as well and im so happy with that I purchased she was so personable! Im from out of town so sadly doubt ill be back to that store but it makes me want to shop other lush stores or online with how she explained everything!

On August 13th around 7:30 p.m., I visited Lush Polaris. My youngest child underwent surgery at Children’s Hospital that morning, and coincidentally, it was also my birthday and my middle child’s birthday. We tried to make the most of the day for him. One of the employees noticed my badge and started a conversation with me regarding my children. They showed exceptional kindness and understanding, expressing their thoughts and prayers for our well-being. Although I was unable to express my gratitude at the time, their gesture had significant meaning for me. I wanted to say thank you.

Lydia is an absolute queen. Talk about knowledge and charisma. My boyfriend and I went in just to check things out and wound up having a great conversation and buying a few products. She really knows her stuff.

Went to the mall with my son for his birthday, he bought some items at Lush and then lost the bag somewhere along the way, we went into the store again, asked around and retraced our steps, called mall security, and nothing :( but Molly, the associate at Lush literally made my son's day by letting him pick out the items he bought all over again and giving it as a gift. As if their products and customer service wasn't already amazing, the truly went above and beyond when they didn't even have to. Will never forget this experience and how happy my son was after thinking he was out of luck, thank you Lush and thank you Molly!!! We will be returning for sure ❤️
