Dan at Luxe Belle is simply outstanding! From the moment I walked in, his warm smile and genuine excitement made me feel right at home. Great living experience only steps away from campus. Has the best layout for a 2 bedroom in the off campus area. Management is very receptive with maintenance requests and has answered all of my questions. The lower level parking garage is secure compared to other apartments and great for the winter time.

I had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The community is welcoming, and the neighbors are great. The amenities are well-maintained, and the property is clean and secure. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to call home!

I love living here! The units are so nice. And the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The gym provides all the machines and equipment I need for workouts. I also like utilizing the grill on the patio. Very convenient location to many hot spots on campus as well

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I went to OSU and thought this would be a perfect place to live but I WAS SO WRONG!! The management here lives off ripping off college students. They nickel and dime you for everything. If Madison is still the property manager then stay far away from this place!! She is the worst! I once got fined $50 for leaving my trash can outside my apartment for an extra 10 minutes after it’s due inside. (They have a trash valet service which no one asked for and they just added another cost per month that is mandatory) Their management is the worst I have ever been around. The apartments themselves are subpar. The walls are SO thin and things are always breaking down. You’ll also have to wake up at 3 am to a fire alarm once a week because of Taco Bell being on the first floor. Elevators are always broken. Plan on having half of your packages stolen and management not caring at all. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance guy, Steven, who was very nice. Don’t even think about trying to sublease your apartment over the summer because they hide a month’s rent fee to do so. They are the worst! DO NOT LEASE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Please don't come here to stay, the facilities are old, the office people are very strange. You can lose your id, and deliveries are often lost for no reason. There are also all sorts of fraudulent, unsubstantiated deductions when you try to moveout. I almost forgot to mention that there used to be a homeless man living in the back, and that there was once a man smoking hemp on the sofa in the lobby. Stink to death！

Unreasonable charge and extreme loud noise there, especially at night when you want to sleep… The facilities and services definitely do not match the price, do not recommend.
