Had a great experience using Luxury Auto to clean my engine bay. Needed an emergency cleaning so I could get my vehicle into the shop and they wouldn’t take it since it was caked with mud. I called the number and Jamary answered and got me squared away for same day service. He was extremely knowledgeable about safely cleaning the engine bay with proper degreasers, etc. and was more than happy to share his knowledge. His pricing seemed pretty good until I saw the finished product and realized I got a steal. Looked factory new!! Thanks again Jamary!

I've had the privilege of knowing and using Jamary for all my car care needs for many years. Starting with my 08 Honda Civic SI, to our 2020 Honda Civic SI, to our new 24 Honda Civic Type R. We had Jamary ceramic coat our new and very expensive black Type R yesterday and he is unmatched in his attention to detail. He takes pride in making your car look better than even when you pick it up at the dealership. His prices are extremely far well below the other bigger name detailer's who treat you like a number not a future customer. No matter how dirty your exterior and interior can get, Jamary and his team are beyond qualified to blow your mind when you see your car when they get through with it. He uses only the best products money can buy on your vehicle because he know how much your vehicles mean to you. He picked my car up on time, detailed it beautifully, and returned it when he said he would. Later that day a friend saw my car, and didn't know it had been detailed, and asked if I had gotten a new car!!Services: Full body wash

I reached out to Luxury Auto Detail after unsuccessful attempts with three other detailers who didn’t answer or return my call. I am grateful. Jamary was immediately warm and easy to talk to. He was clearly passionate about his trade as he explained the process of cleaning my lifted F250 tip-to-tail. It was a tall order in itself given the crusty condition it was in, but I also needed it done in the next 24 hours, as I was only in town for that long. He accepted the challenge, and we set an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. Eight or so hours later, I was shocked at the results. Jamary and his crew returned my truck to near show room status, having removed nearly a year’s worth of road grime, mud, bugs, and scratches from countless run-ins with brushy trails. The engine bay and interior were equally a disaster (4 kids) but now she’s looking tiptop.Aside from doing an outstanding job detailing the truck, it was inspiring to see the the boss working closely with the crew, guiding them and ensuring they were confident in their specific tasks, making adjustments when needed, while also making sure they knew when they were doing a good job. I appreciate good leadership when I see it.Since returning to West Virginia, I have had several questions and reached out to Jamary who responded quickly and confidently. I look forward to doing business with him again my next trip into Columbus.All in all my experience with Luxury Auto Detail was fantastic, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a top end auto detail done by a well organized and passionate team to please give Jamary a call.

Just came through the automated wash .. no jokes the soap never came out.. the machine rotated around my car and my car was just as dirty and dry as it was when I drove in. I'm going to need these fixed. Asap!!
