This car lot is a complete bunch of incompetent and corrupt bunch of people! First Kimberly lets me put $2500 down for a $5000 cash only car but says we gotta add $2000 to the total for buy here pay here.. ok cool but prints on the paper $10000!! Ha!! Then John tells me and my friends he just put new brake pads on the back and you could tell they were but failed to mention oh well you probably should not put those twin 9 yr old girls in the car because we were too cheap to fix the back of the brake caliper so we jimmied it on with a clamp instead! So we take a road trip to Myrtle beach but realized something wasn’t right.. that’s because the clamp was rubbing the rotor so it sounded and felt like metal on metal! That’s not the worst part when me and my uncle took the tires off to look at WTH was happening we also found out the rear axel is so loose the whole truck feels like it’s coming apart but she has the nerve to say if you buy the parts and pay for labor we’ll fix it! Right cause competency is your strong suit! And why not take it out of the extra $5000 you tried to charge me.. so attorney generals office, FTC and BBB and any Negligence attorney I get my hands on has texts, pics and a witness! So thanks Xtreme Auto Group 2!! Sike..and the 1 star was only to put a comment!

Do not buy anything from this man. The OWNER is a rude disrespectful human being. He screams at his customers especially women. He tries to overtalk you and down play your problem. He is not a good businessman all he cares about is the money. Save yourself the headache because you're going to get your title late. I will never refer him to anyone. And I am going to report him to the Better Business Bureau. You picked the wrong one sir I am here to humble you.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, with help of a so called 'friend' whom referred me. The add on Facebook said it needed the AC recharged, WRONG. It needed a brand new AC compressor which alone is about 200 dollars, the exhaust system needs replaced since it has a huge hole in the muffler, the windshield has a small crack and the brakes needed replaced with brake pads and rotors. Easily 1k in repairs and I paid well of 3k for it. The salesman spun me out and had me waiting all day the day prior to the sale, and acted like it was no big deal that I had to wait on him and put my plans on HD for him.

I bought a car for $3,200 and it ended up having a broken frame. They said that they would try and fix my car or find a part which they were trying to get from a junkyard they could not find it. I went out of pocket and paid 1200 for a brand new piece that they said that they would even put on for me since I couldn't find me a piece and because I sold me a car with a broken frame. After I took him the frame a week and a half later they still hadn't fixed my car so now I have to take $900 more out of my pocket to get the car fixed because they wouldn't fix the car that they sold to me with a broken frame.

It's been 3 months and still no title. They sell junk, wouldn't recommend to ANYONE. Next stop will be BBB and Ohio Attorney General office for me.

Worst place to buy a car from in Columbus I would not encourage anyone to go here they sold me a lemon after taking 1,000 down payment from me . I called attorney general After they refused to give me half the money back for a new car and they told them I blew the head gasket after having the car for one day. They didn’t even try to get me and my kids in another car considering hard times in a pandemic if u value your hard earned money please stay far away from this place . Home of the lemons
