One star because I can’t give zero. My car has been there since early November 2024 and I still haven’t gotten it back. ETA was originally early December, and every time I check in it’s pushed back farther. They completely skipped over damage on my muffler and claimed it was pre-existing to the damage that resulted from the crash, when no issues were there prior to the incident. Gave me rental coverage for 30 days, but my cars been there for 60 atp. Ridiculous time for this.

I worked with Jay and the crew at m works after getting into an accident, and they were nothing but kind and helpful the entire process! I’ve never been so satisfied with a car repair shop, even with news that my car was totaled. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the tools and information I needed to move forward with insurance etc.

M work did an amazing job on my Tesla! Had damage on the side, but they made it look like brand new! Jay walked me around the car and showed me the repairs. Thank you to him and also Charles for keeping me in the loop on my repairs!

Professional work! It was also very kind that they tried to lower costs by using after market parts because I didn't have a collision coverage. It could have been nicer if they clarified that I cannot get my car back until I finish paying when they offered me a financing plan.
