The one at Easton is so much better,the lady who helped us at Polaris at checkout sucked she didn’t know how to do her job( the fact of splitting payment between two cards) and in the process of putting the dress in the bag and giving it to me she put three huge holes in it that weren’t there when I tried on the dress ,she needs fired asap

My family and I have been loyal customers since Macys was Kaufmanns. I came in to purchase cologne/perfume for my parents (Chanel). The Chanel perfume associates were EXTREMELY RUDE. While waiting to be helped, 3 people who came in after me were assisted while I was standing there WAITING. When my turn finally came, I told the associate which perfume I wanted, she immediately pulled out the smallest size???? After asking for the larger bottle, I was then given the price, as if I couldn’t afford it.Immediately following, a customer came to the counter wanting to purchase a TSHIRT & make a payment and was put in front of me????? I was then passed over to another associate to ring me out. I was judged, based on the color of my skin which is utterly ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I am the manager at a fellow store in the mall and know first hand how to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and Macy’s completely failed to execute that during my visit today. I will NEVERreturn.

Went shopping for Cologne for my son and have never been treated more rudely! The women working up there have an agenda to sell one thing and if you don't like it they give you dirty looks. I usually buy my wife items from here but I am now done!!

Such an awful experience, JOY working at the guest service area is extremely rude and unpleasant. She doesn’t know how to communicate with customers and gives the impression she doesn’t want to be there.

I am a regular customer at Macy’s. So there is one incident happen with me at Macy polaris. my husband bought two suits at Macy’s store in (southlake mall) Maryville, IN. when we did the purchase that employee who was working over there, she didn’t mention anything regarding returns. She did her sale and she was done over there and we left the store. We bought two suits because my husband didn’t know which gonna fit him, because in mall both men’s fitting room were closed because of the construction thing. And we were in rush and We didn’t tried and we bought and left the store. One suit we kept which fit him and one didn’t fit him and I took that to Polaris mall to return under that 30 day return policy with all the tags and receipts. Macy’s employees Nikki & Mike , both employees stating as managers working at Macy’s in Polaris mall, First they both didn’t know how to do customer service , when I told them I have the tags and receipts with me for the returns . They literally told me on my face, We are not taking that back. There was another elder couple who was returning the things as well at the other counter. mike, helped that couple who didn’t have a tag on their cloths.They took their things back but not mine. I told them why that difference. The lady name Nikki she was like I am on a higher post and I know what I’m doing and I told her, ma’am why are you guys taking that couple returns back but not mine she said the value difference and I told them that doesn’t make any sense. value either is dollar or $200, That shouldn’t make no difference. Rules should be same for everyone.
Never going to that macy back. Did corporate complaint as well. Horrible service, looks like employees think they owned the store. Very Bad experience.

I bought cloths on Saturday evening but unable to tried them in fitting room but when I did the clothes were not my seize , and I decided to bring them the next day but the manager white guy with glasses gave me hard time . The worst customer service I never experienced in my life . He thinks that I wore those clothes that’s crazy .
How can I wear the clothes with all the stickers on them . He gave me hard time and treated me like I don’t know but thanks God the lady manager took care of me .

I was returning a dress for my wife that she had ordered online. The process was very easy, and the person helping me was very nice and courteous. The one negative thing is they have so much product in the different departments it very difficult to maneuver through the departments. Even more so for handicap people. It is also very expensive.
