I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The cashier overcharged me for a watermelon — it was marked at $4,79 but I was charged more. If I hadn’t checked the receipt carefully, I would have paid extra without even realizing it. This feels dishonest and careless. Customers should not have to worry about being overcharged for simple items. I will definitely think twice before shopping here again.

Love Marc's! Great product selection. I do my big shopping there at the beginning of every month. They have most of what I need. Good wine and cheese offerings. Great product and meat. And the quirky buyouts they do are great.

I always find expired food. Bought expresso beans yesterday. They are on endcaps hanging. Check other reviews, lots of expired food reviews. My purchase expired in MARCH. Please remove all expired food.I would add a photo to prove it if it was an option.

There’s great customer service here. I bought a bunch of picture frames (from the close out section which has great deals) and a cashier named Robert got a box for me, cut an opening in it, stacked all the picture frames very carefully with bags in between, and made sure I could lift it before I left.

A dystopic little microcosm of the American superstore. They sell all the major food brands that pay to be placed on the shelf. Everything is its least healthy version. The prices are fine and I was excited to see their loose beets without leaves which is weirdly hard to find.
Maybe it’s because of the time I went, but there was some Twin Peaks-style lounge music playing, soft and morose, interspersed with cheerful announcements about pricing. This is not a complaint.

The employees suck at checking expiration dates on food.
I just bought a pack of 14ct slim Jim’s from there last week. I opened them today and they were so hard I was like what the heck??
I check the date and it says September 2024!
We are in January of 2025 and September 2024 was 5 months ago!!
This is not the first time this has happened after buying from Marcs either. This has happened a lot with bags of chips and I’ve been diligent about checking the dates on the chips before I buy them and I should’ve known to check everything I buy there.
I just paid $5 for a 5 month old product
