We bought some clothes at one of the other Marshalls stores and they forgot to take off the theft thingy, that they have to remove before you can wear. So I took the receipt and the sweatshirt back to get it removed, and the woman at the counter was extremely kind. I'm putting four stars because I didn't actually get to shop around and look at the store but as for the service it was great.

I couldn’t just believe my interaction at this location. Never have I experience such disrespect from a Marshall store. I purchased an electric kettle on 9/3/25 and after the first use the water boiled over all over my countertop so I decided to return the item. Coordinator Quinn decided she needed to wipe out the kettle after I explained to her what happened. I guess top flight wanted to determine if she was going to accept my return. I find this quite interesting when the receipt states 30 days return with receipt and being that it was only 5 days. I will no longer be shopping at this location since they are deciding whom they are allowing to return products. ✌🏽

This location doesn’t have the greatest selection. Additionally, clothing is so unorganized! I really struggled to find the type of clothing I needed. It seems like the clothes are only organized by gender, and “tops” and “pants” (kids sections). You can find pjs or sets or activewear a little bit here, a little bit there. The same with sizes, very mixed. Accessories are also very disorganized, with good chunk of them just on the floor. What should’ve been a quick shopping experience, turned into a 30min spree trying to find simple items. While I eventually found most of what I needed, I will not be returning to this location.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the attitude of the elderly woman stationed at the entrance of the changing room. Her demeanor is highly misleading and creates an unpleasant experience for patrons. While I fully understand that individuals often tend to amplify the limited authority they possess, it becomes particularly evident when the position itself holds minimal responsibility. Unfortunately, such behavior can lead to misunderstandings and discomfort for customers.
That being said, I would like to acknowledge the front desk staff, who have consistently demonstrated a friendly and professional attitude. Their welcoming approach is greatly appreciated and serves as a positive contrast to the experience at the changing room entrance.

I recently visited this store, and the experience left me feeling like I was stepping into a war zone except the battle was against the dust. The place is so dusty that I found myself constantly swiping at my face and fighting to keep from sneezing. It’s honestly hard to focus on shopping when you’re more concerned about breathing clean air. Walking into this store was an unexpected adventure imagine stepping into a desert storm, with my nose waging war against the relentless dust. It was hard not to laugh at the situation as I tried to browse while dodging airborne particles.
That said, I have to admit, this store truly has everything you could need! Despite the dust, I found myself impressed by the variety and selection. A little cleaning could take it to the next level, but overall, I love the store and would absolutely come back maybe with mask in hand!

Walking into the store felt like stepping into a chaotic thrift shop on its worst day. Clothes were haphazardly thrown on racks, some even piled on the floor, while mismatched shoes sat scattered in random corners. The shelves were dusty, half-empty, and cluttered with items that looked like they’d been there for years. The whole place feel grimy and neglected. It was as if no one cared to organize or clean, leaving customers to navigate through the disarray like a scavenger hunt gone wrong

Found a pair of Perry Ellis dress pants in the clearance section for $7.00. Tried them on to a great fit and took them with a couple of other things to the register. She (Iglina or some odd name like that. Her name tag said store coordinator) scanned them and said, "Oh these are mispriced...do you still want them?" as she peeled off the red sale sticker. I was stunned. I asked her for them at the sale price and she said no!!! Again, stunned. I won't return to this location...and get a new store coordinator!
