They did not give me my vehicle as I brought it in. It was for an insurance evaluation. They took the bumper off but did not put it back on properly. They used ties! I will not go back there, and I would not refer them to anyone.

A “CAT-Tastic” Crew!!! On this dreary day, I started my car and headed off to take care of a family member. Two hours later, as I was driving to the grocery store, I heard a noise under my car that resembled the sound of an animal in distress. When I arrived in the store's parking lot, the sound was piercing. I looked throughout my car to find where the noise was coming from and called various agencies for assistance, but none was available. Determined, I drove to McCombe Body Shop which was nearest to the grocery store and I spoke to a worker named Nathan who agreed to help me. A car detailer named Chris found and removed a kitten that had been stuck for at least 3 hours between a panel under my!! McCombe's Body Shop payment charge was a promise to find a home for the kitten. I was relieved of my stress and filled with “tears of joy!!!” It couldn't get any better than that!! Thank you for your compassion , help and teamwork!

the shop I have been going to has made multiple errors, from mismatched paint, to misaligned panels, and incorrectly fitted pieces.
Initially, the paint was not matched, and they eagerly corrected it. The second visit, the bumper and panel were not correctly aligned, and they again corrected it. However, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, the grille had not been set flush with bumper, which I assumed would be resolved with refitting the bumper. The manager was quite rude and told me that it was really my fault “for driving a Nissan product, and they make shitty parts” and that “the parts do not even come primed anymore.”
It took several months and a new shop to get it correctly fitted. Appraisal revealed even more poor workmanship.
They maintain their ratings by having Google reviews taken down apparently

Exceeded my expectations . The car drove like I just bought it and was clean as a whistle. The car was finished a week early. They called multiple times to keep me in the loop.
I would be remiss not to mention that they came out and towed my car in 7 minutes or less with a tow that looked like it could easily be on star trek, " Beam me aboard, Scottie." It was a sight to see because their tow guy barely touched my car. The tow truck did all the work by lifting it like a feather, turning it sideways and gently laying it on the truck. Not much sound involved.
Then he rode off into the sunset. I slept so good that night, I said to myself, "If the towing experience was that cool, they're definitely going to give my car the VIP treatment.
From the initial contact, to the tow, to customer service, to keeping me in the loop (JOE), to insurance (USAA), to the finished product, I am happy to give a well deserved A°10 and let my family and neighbors see the results for themselves.

This is the most positive experience I have had at a body shop/mechanic. They were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I got text updates. They did a great job replacing my bumper. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. They were quick and on top of everything.

It has been a couple of years since they restored my vehicle to factory new condition. It still looks brand new years after being repaired from a rear-end collision.
