The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the people in the drive thru are super friendly. Today I went inside to use the restroom and I’m not sure I will ever return. The restrooms were locked with a punch key code which I appreciate considering the area. The women’s restroom smelled like someone had just smoked a carton of cigarettes in it. The first stall I went into looked like a murder scene so I tried the 2nd. No toilet paper in the dispenser, but there was a large roll on the floor that I decided not to use. No soap in the dispenser next to the “Employees must wash hands” sign. I’m curious the last time the health department has been there.

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. The whole facility was covered with oil. "Oily floors " Ordered 2 sodas and was ignored by the staff for almost 20 minutes in the lobby. Nobody there looked happy so I don't believe they could have possibly served even one happy meal today. Maybe pay more than $12 per hour as the sign outside had advertised and put better management in place. Maybe then, the restrooms wouldn't smell like weed. Maybe the workers wouldn't mop the floor with oily water. Maybe the workers would have a purpose.

Good day. I am writing to bring to your attention an experience I had at one of your McDonald's restaurants today. I purchased two cups of coffee, and while one was satisfactory, the other had an unpleasant taste, akin to that of a cigarette.

So not only did they mess up my order by not giving me all of it, but the breakfast burritos I received were covered in mold.

This is just a ghetto McDonalds. The service is poor, the food was ok but the woman in the drive thru is very rude, this has happened several times there. I don't believe I'll go back to this one.

Last night, I decided to indulge in some McDonald’s comfort food and placed an online delivery order at 2 AM. My order was simple: a Large Frappe, a 10 Piece McNugget, a McChicken Sandwich, a Quarter Pounder with no salt on the patty, and a Large Fry. Unfortunately, what I received fell short of my expectations and left me quite dissatisfied.Firstly, instead of the Large Frappe, I was given a random cold drink that I didn’t order. My 10 Piece McNugget was downsized to a 4 Piece without any sauce, even though I paid extra for more. The absence of mayo packets, despite my specific request, was another letdown. To add insult to injury, both my fries and Quarter Pounder patty were salted, and the fries portion was meager, barely filling the bottom of the container.The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of customer service. When I tried to address these issues, the staff refused to answer the phone, leaving me with no recourse to correct the order or express my concerns.In summary, the service was disappointing, and the order inaccuracies at such a late hour only compounded the frustration. I hope McDonald’s addresses these issues to ensure better service in the future.
