“Today was my first experience at Scrubs and Beyond. I came solely based on all the positive views and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Suzanne greeted us as soon as we entered. I browsed for a bit before she came to see if I needed anything specific. I was having a hard time finding black ‘tall’ pants that were small/medium. This beautiful sole started pulling things off racks handing them to me and within minutes I was trying them on. I was peaking out the fitting room door to have my partner look and I hear her happily short ‘no, no I want to see!’. She complimented me numerous times and made me feel great. The choices she selected for me to try were a perfect fit! I’ve never felt more welcome and comfortable in a place I had never been. Every business needs a Suzanne! Our cashier was great also, I didn’t catch her name. Will surely be returning!”

“I have been to CPAP Central on Sancus Boulevard three times and each time I’ve had superior service. Initially Rema helped me determine which mask would be the most helpful. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant and patient. On my second visit I wanted to purchase an additional mask since I was having issues with the other one and Landon was very patient and knowledgeable as well and helped me figure out an additional alternative to try. Finally on my third visit today, I needed to get some information about my machine and had questions about insurance and Sabrina and Tay worked together so well and got all my questions answered and made my purchase a breeze. They also supplied me with all the pertinent paperwork and receipts that might come in handy in the future. In a world where excellent customer service seems to be a luxury more than the norm, I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful. Kudos!!!”

“I ordered a Pentair Wellmate WM12 from Aqua Science to replace my smaller Water Worker tank, which died in less than three years. It was under warranty but I didn't care, I wanted the Pentair tank! Aqua Science had the best price on line (Nov-2023) and free shipping. I received the tank in two days. It installed simply and easily. I am a retired millwright not a plumber. I had to rework a connection and had difficulty removing the quick connect. Called Aqua Science and they talked me through the issues the sent pictures via text to help. Great company, great experience. I am not local to these folks but sure wish I were.”

“Drop-off of the equipment was timely and the driver stayed in contact with us. Unfortunately, we didn't get a comprehensive explanation of how the equipment worked and ended up calling customer service within about an hour. When the tech on the phone couldn't figure out the issue, the call was escalated and Cecil came to the house after business hours to help us resolve the problem. He was fantastic - took the time to explain all the different pieces of equipment and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and felt safe. Hopefully the rest of our interactions with the company maintain the level of service Cecil has provided!”
