This is probably the best pharmacy I've ever had to deal with it's convenient it has a drive-thru for pickups and the staff is extremely polite and friendly and efficient.

They're fast and accurate. The Meijer app is pretty good and this one has a thing where you can input your age on a touch screen, and scan your id from the car. Makes the whole process a lot faster.
Never had a problem here been using them for over 10 years.

I do not like the new machine for the drive thru. It is too complicated and has too many technical problems. It wouldn’t scan my ID. It couldn’t read my chip in my card, and the tap wouldn’t work. It told me to swipe and there were no instructions for the swiping. I will be going inside from now on. I don’t want to use that thing again.

Their system needs to be overhauled. I’ve had to tell them to remove my number because their texting service is always 2 weeks off schedule.

I have been going here for years now, when we are sick the medications are usually ready within an hour. I always get my flu and Covid vaccines here, I really like the staff and pharmacists!Edited to add, Chelsey and Nicholas are two technicians I have worked with over the past week and they are phenomenal!

Meijer is my favorite grocery store. I have never been a large fan of competing store but Meijer is always stocked with everything I need and I find it the easiest to navigate. I appreciate that all locations have large pet sections, beauty sections, and home sections, whereas most other stores only have one aisle for those categories if that.

I've been using the Meijer Pharmacy on Hilliard Rome Rd. for many years because the staff are the friendliest, most helpful team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

After having difficulty filling a prescription, I chose to call pharmacies to see if the drug was in stock prior to having the prescription sent. The pharmacy technician who answered the phone was extremely rude and treated me as though I were stupid. The average customer obviously will not have the same knowledge of an industry as the employee, therefore how was I to be aware of the answer to my question without asking? When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me that she did not have time for this and they were not currently on staff. I had to argue with this woman to leave a call back number just to get an answer to my question and she refused to provide her name. It is the duty of pharmacy staff to make sure that patients questions in regard to their medications are answered. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value being treated well.
