I wish I got the name of the pharmacist/tech who helped me today (4th of July). I realized I was out of my antidepressants last night and she was able to get them ready today during their short shift. Also, my insurance was pathetic and didn't want to cover much so I used GoodRx for three medications. I wasn't aware of how time consuming it could be but she helped me though all that. I'm sorry I caused a line to form but thank you for your patience with me. I'm going through some personal issues right now and you honestly made my day.

Nice people, bad systems. I have been getting prescriptions filled here for about 6 months. They have systems that tell you when your prescription is going to be ready that are always wrong. Then when I wait for a notification it is ready instead of going by the time I was told by the system when putting in for the refill, the notification never comes. Meijer: no system is better than a bad system. Just say I need to call in to know what is going on with my prescription and stop feeding bad or missing information.Update: Just wanted to throw an update that my experience has improved a lot with systems since I posted this review, so I'm bumping the stars up to 4/5. Still knocking 1 star off because the drive-through obstacle course stresses me out.

Very rude pharmacists and techs that refuse to assist their customers. Will not be back and highly do not recommend. Too many other pharmacies in the area to deal with rudeness.

My doctor called in a prescription for my blood pressure today, 11/27/2018 around 3:30pm. At this Meijer location 5050 N Hamilton Rd Columbus, OH 43230. My doctor wanted me to start it TODAY since my blood pressure was SO HIGH!! I wait and wait thinking that I would receive a courtesy call letting me know that my prescription is ready for pick up and or their is a delay in filling it! So I call them around 8:35pm, BUT NO once again Meijer has DROPPED THE BALL!!! Not only did I not get a call, Meijer decided to fill it for tomorrow. They never called me to ask if that was okay and to make things worse, I call them and they have the medicine in stock and could have filled my prescription today!! I am so upset because my blood pressure was so HIGH that I needed to start the medicine TODAY!!!! The unfortunate thing is that Meijer did this before with another prescription and this particular time Meijer didn't have it in stock but another Meijer had the medicine in stock which I had to ask them to call. But once again NOBODY CALLED ME to say anything!!! They were willing to make me WAIT for the medicine to be ordered and come in the next day instead of calling a different location!!! I just don't get where the CUSTOMER SERVICE went!!! Why not call the customer and at least give them options? Why is Meijer making the decision if you can wait until tomorrow for your medicine, especially when they have the medicine in STOCK?? Unfortunately I will not be having Meijer fill anymore of my prescriptions because this type of service is unacceptable!!! If I didn't have to leave one star in order to leave a review, I would not have.
