My english is not good but i can understand the White Guy on this store is not professionnel, his trying to force me to get the phone he wanna give when i refused he starter been rude with me, i was loyal custumer to this store i remembre a Guy Who does speak more than 5 langages he has a glasses his the Best i dont know why metro dosent keep thèse People, now i start my new service with cricket bye metro forever

I will never go back to the store or continue with Metro because of the employee there. I wanted to buy a phone, black guy with beard told me getting a new number would be cheaper. I agreed, but when I went to pay, he said, 'Sorry, my machine isn't working. You can go to the ATM and bring me cash, or you can pay me $113 in cash and the rest via Zelle or Cash App.' I refused and said I wanted to pay with my card. I left the store and waited in my car. Then, I saw someone come in to pay their phone bill, and they walked out with a receipt. Another customer also paid with their card. So, I went back to the Hamilton store, and they mentioned that it doesn't make sense and seems like a scam. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau. This guy should not continue working with Metro
