I'm so glad I went into the store to get help with my phone I have been calling metro for a week with no satisfaction and once I went into the store with someone that had knowledge my problem was solved, I really appreciated Hakeem's professional and expertise a different taking the time to help a senior citizen out and get Google app 1 running for me and my ring alarm working again I have been so stressed our because I was out of storage and data and calling metro was a waste of time nobody could get my phone to work I thank God for Hakeem

I cannot say enough about how helpful.
the employees are at this store. Every time I go in there they are so helpful. That always take the time with you and talk about.
How things work and discounts that you might be able to receive. The last time I went in there. The manager was there and he was just amazing.

Went to get a upgrade and Hakim was amazing ,he made my visit very pleasant. He helped me switch my data to my new phone, something I didn't know how to do .His customer service was the best I've ever experienced with Metro. Hakim was awesome and a well mannered young man. Hakim thanks for all you helped me with on August 11,2023 you are the real mvp of Metro.

Young man told me that he could get me a new phone $400 plus but if I change my number he could get it for $200 then said oh sorry can't use a credit card or debit. You have zelle send to me I'll pay for it. So I question why an employee would ask someone to send them the money and they'll cover the cost of the phone etc. No sorry that sounded shady. The company needs to look into him.

I came to this store as a customer with Verizon, I broke my phone and realized I had no insurance. I had Metro before and they were great. So I went over and spoke with Marlana who was amazing and gave me a great deal on a new line. I honestly couldn't beat the price, and her excellent customer service skills, sealed the deal for me!

It was okay the service rep did not want to assist me very much and transferring information from one phone to the next before the other phone went dead he said we just can't do it we're not allowed I hate that when people say that they can do it but they don't want to do it I told him I don't know how to do this stuff he just look at me like I was dumb

Has to get my phone change over due to a defective phone . I went and pick it up Emmy was the young lady who was working ,she was nice and knew a lot about phones ,need more people like who working there
