Very bad management!I was a resident at 5619 Autumn Chase drive, Apt A. My lease was ended at the end of February and I got an email to get my check from the office. I came to the office and I was told the lady who is in charge is not in the office and I should get back after a week. I went to the office again and after a long wait they gave me a check for the amount of $405. I ask them why and they get some one to call me and that person told me I was charged $ 270 for the screen of the window that I broke and for cleaning the apartment. He also told me that he have a picture and he can send it to me but he still didn't send it to me. I know for sure that I didn't break the window screen and the apartment was cleaned. I do have a picture that I took the day I moved out. I emailed them twice but they simply ignore my email.

One start is lot for them! Stay away from this place,i got a pullet in my apartment while im cooking dinner,its not safe at all,also read you lease guys,they will charge you $250 for cleaning the carpet even when u clean it,they dont care they just keep charging for money,here some photo showing what im saying,stay away from this place!

I've lived at Autumn Chase for a few months now and it's been great so far! Rent is a little high for the average studio, but with almost everything included it's a good deal! The property manager, Gabby, was pleasant to work with during the process of leasing (a huge relief as a first-time renter) and is always there if I have any issues. A few days after moving in, I discovered that my AC unit was not working. I put in a maintenance request and staff were there right away to replace the unit. I don't think you could find a better apartment complex than here!

GREAT PLACE! Perfect if your in Columbus for only a couple of months of work! Clean, furnished, safe, affordable. Nothing more I could ask for.

Stayed here six weeks waiting for new condo to be completed. Autumn Chase will always be my home away from home. Peaceful, quiet setting. Safe and secure. Lovely furnishings and well stocked with everything you need. Apartments and exterior grounds are all clean and tidy. The biggest treat is having the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Szeren, a truly wonderful person. She is happy, upbeat, makes sure you have everything you need. She provides information and coupons for local attractions and restaurants. I am going to miss her and Autumn Chase.

I stayed at the (MFA) Autumn Chase property two years ago for four months during a job relocation to Columbus. My experience was outstanding! The property manager was amazing, the people (neighbors) are friendly and the apartment exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this property, it will not disappoint....

I can't recommend MFA enough; this review has been a long time coming! I've stayed at MFA on two separate occasions. Once for a short period of three months, and another extended stay for nearly two years. I had absolutely zero complaints during both stays. With utilities and furniture included in the monthly rent and no long-term contracts, it's really hard to find a better, more flexible deal in Columbus.

This apartment was perfect for my wife and I while we worked in Columbus for a few months. Very clean and spacious, and they have all the amenities you could need... We didn't have to bring anything except our clothes! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place for traveling professionals.

We were with MFA for 4 months while we waited on our new home to finish construction, and I have to say it was wonderful! The community is quiet, always felt safe, and offered all of the conveniences we needed to make our stay perfect. We were in a town home with 2 dogs, and while it wasn't the size of home we are used to it definitely was perfect for our needs. Thank you to Szeren and the team!

I lived at Autumn Chase for several months in 2010, and was always treated with respect, professionalism and friendliness. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. Extremely positive experience - Thank You MFA Communities!

I want to clear something up Miles Johnson has never stayed at our property. I'm not sure who this is or if they posted on the wrong site. We never have gone into apartments and gone through people homes. If he is seeing this please contact us as we would like to clear this matter up.

They really do treat you like family. At first, I chose this place because it was the only one I found that takes three dogs. But after that, everything exceeded my expectations of short-term housing. First, the owner Szeren is a sweetheart and so are Patty and Ruben the other staff I met. Second, the units are well kept and things like linens and kitchen items show little wear which means she replaces them frequently. If anything went wrong in the unit, it was taken care of in a day or two. Lastly, the grounds are kept very nicely. The apartment was insulated against sound - we didn't hear neighbors and while the complex is next to busy roads, once inside you can't really hear the traffic. My husband works for BrewDog and on our recommendation, at least two other new hires decided to stay at MFA as well. It was a nice welcome to Columbus! Thanks Szeren, Patty and Ruben!

As a first time travel nurse this was the perfect place for me. I felt so at home and loved the cozy feel of my place. The staff was amazing and I have to say they became my family away from home. I will miss Szeren the most. I can't wait to return one day

I would like to tell you about my stay at MFA Communities at Autumn Chase. I originally thought I would only be onsite for 3 months however, it turned into 4 years, from 2013 to 2017. Szeren is the most wonderful landlord I have ever worked with. We became great friends. She is very thoughtful, helpful, friendly and most of all loving. She made my time away from home less lonely and so much more enjoyable. I was at my home for a month due to surgery and upon my return, she left 'welcome back' and 'get well' balloons in my apartment. Totally unexpected, but what a beautiful touch.
The complex was very nice and I always felt safe and at home. If I ever had an issue that needed to be addressed, (which were very few!) the response time was excellent. Szeren always went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I just can't say enough good things about Szeren and MFA Communities. If you ever need to stay in the Columbus area, I would definitely recommend MFA Communities.
