Purchased an item from Michael’s online and it’s was delivered to the wrong address via usps and put in a Luxer locker at a property I don’t live at and wasn’t the address I submitted and because of some bs excuse no one is somehow isn’t responsible to replace or refund me. I literally got robbed because of a mistake that wasn’t mine and billion dollar company's pointing fingers at each other. It’s sad because I worked for them in the 90’s when my art journey began and now principles are now why I’m never buying from them again. It was just $14 including shipping and I get the run around. Make it make sense? I would add a photo but guess what! I can’t because I never got it!

I have to say. I have never had an employee of the opposite gender come in to clean the restroom while I’m still using it. Granted, it was 30 minutes before they closed, but I was speechless. Completely inappropriate while customers are still utilizing the facilities.
