BAD, BAD, BAD place to shop. I came in the store... NO GREETING FROM ANYONE! I then walked around the storefor about 1hour 30 mins, never asked did I need help. I heard several employees having very personal conversations... NOT WORK RELATED AT ALL. Then I went to self checkout. Asked an employee abut the customer service and she basically laughed in my face. I will never spend money here again. Now I remembered why I was a Joanne fabric shopper.

Our neighborhood crazy store. ♥️♥️♥️ although the self checkout is annoying at times, I'll take it, as long as it keeps Michael's afloat!!!!

A nice arts and crafts store. It is the only one in the area. The parking lot is easy to get into and out of. They have a frame center if you need a custom mat or frame made. They have all the typical craft hobbies, party crafts, and wedding crafts. They do not have any fabric. If you are looking for something specific, you can use their app and order it from there. The staff was friendly and polite. They have dedicated handicapped spots and a ramp to access the front door.

If you like to knit it crochet you might be disappointed because Michael's only seems to have their own brand of yarn available.

Associates were very helpful when I needed to get an order printed. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get a bigger piece done especially if it needs to be framed

Snippy dismissive customer Svc. On arrival I asked Excuse me where are your restrooms? Was met with snippy Out of order from manager. So snippy I returned, told counter clerk to relay to mgr I had instead just shopped at Target, local chocolate shop for Christmas gifts & will return to Hobby Lobby for craft supplies. Clerk responded That’s not our problem. Also phoned Michael’s main customer line, 20 min wait then they disconnected. Vote with your dollars & shop elsewhere, no Christmas spirit here. Must be miserable to work there.

Stock is often low. Selection of yarn is poor. Some items can only be ordered on line. Always seems to be an issue dealing with them. Not a fan of Michaels.

Shout out to the framing team for carefully framing my signed Owl City poster! August, Emily and everyone who helped me at the counter were very friendly, helpful and professional. I had a couple other pieces framed as well and I’m honestly so happy with them. So far, I’ve hung up this poster and it looks so great in the hallway in my house. Thank you to all the employees who helped! I really appreciate it!✨
