I'm rating this review solely based on the help I received from a young lady called Evvie working at the store. While I was struggling to navigate an online Michaels purchase while in the store, Evvie was extremely helpful and patient, with a cheerful personality. On the other hand, the mid 40s male employee seemed annoyed, declaring "this is above my pay grade!" I think he had just won his own disgruntled employee of the month parking spot. In contrast, Evvie should receive a pay rise and train new staff. Thank you Evvie for your help selling me about $100 of canvases.

Was sent here by the company, Bose to be able to get my headphones shipped and this place is not set up for shipping at all. They are just literally …I’ll take your box and drop it in the mail and it is not made clear that that is what they only do. I will be letting Bose the company know that, this location shouldn’t be advertised as an easy shipping option. Amy, the manager on duty told me I needed a box so she couldn’t help me but did not make me aware that the store has boxes I can actually buy and it didn’t dawn on me until I left. Went to target came back with box and tape, and then she told me at that point… That she was sorry but there’s no way to print the label but according to my email from Bose… This place should be able to scan in a barcode and ship the item for me. But I just wish I had all the information before I did the “runaround” so I’m not really happy with the “I’m sorry I just can’t help you ... We don’t have what we need to do anything excepttake your box and drop it in the mail. It’s just not really set up for helping the customer much.

Best associates I've ever seen in retail working today. Funny, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Everybody had great t shirts.

If you go there at night, it looks like they're closed because the outside and entrance lighting isn't very bright.Staff was great though.
