We asked them to fix one thing and they broke another and now is just trying stuff because they didn’t know what they were doing and realized they couldn’t fix the problem they made, and now there just trying stuff so they don’t have to pay for the damage, I sprocket told them don’t jump the car from the front multiple times and they told me they are aloud to and I repeatedly told them don’t, then they seen the sticker on the drivers side that said don’t jump the car from the front now there just trying to fix it and they may be making it worse , weave been here after hours for idk how long.

I had the worst experience in my life I told them I needed a catalytic converter repair. I told them I had a diagnostic at Mark Walberg Chevrolet and was told I needed a catalytic converter repair. The technician at Midas said there wasn’t a problem with it I just needed a new exhaust or muffler system. I paid $14.000 dollars and had the muffler system replaced,and still had a problem. Took my car back to them they had it in there shop for a couple days I pick it up and it sounded worse than when I first took it to them. I’m a grown man and I was soo mad I could have cried I wanted to crash out on them. Took my car back to Mark Walberg and it was the Catalytic Converter I had to spend $2.300.00 more dollars to get it fix, I called Midas and told them what the problem was and they said they didn’t believe it. Now I have to get a lawyer and take them to small claims court to get some of my money back .

I see so many reviews say the exact thing I experienced… I made an appointment and dropped my car off the night before and it took them days to finally get to my car. What was the point of the appointment then?

They told me my appointment was Thursday 10/03/2024 at 10:00am I asked if I can tow her up there today 10/02/2024 so I want have to drive up there and take a Lyft back they said yes that’s fine so that’s what I did the next day my appointment day I called in the afternoon to get a update on my car they said my car is number 15 in line I’m like no it shouldn’t be I have a appointment today and my car is already up there been up there yesterday your worker told me I can drop her off yesterday and leave the key in the drop box that’s what I did he still saying my car is number 15 in line. Alright Friday comes along call they said they sent over the inspection they did with a list of things that needs and don’t need to be done we already know what needs to be done we told y’all when we made the appointment what we wanted fixed now they waiting on parts to fix our car the worker said when they come in he will let us know today is 10/10/2024 a whole week went by he texted today saying that the parts came yesterday 10/9/2024 and they should get our car in the air tomorrow 10/11/2024 or Saturday 10/12/2024 but they told me once the parts come they will lift our car up in the air and fix her like why are they keep stailling to fix our car when we told y’all what needed to be done if y’all didn’t want to do the job you shouldn’t have booked for my car to get fixed the next day

Two hours for an oil change with no inspection! I’ll pass! Appt was at 10 am he asked if I can return at 2pm. When I noticed my car wasn’t pulled up on rack. I inquired about inspection. Nope. battery wasn’t even checked. It’s part of the oil change do better.

Nice guys, but they didn't even fill up my wiper fluid. I figure that was included in the oil change! Spent 100 for oil change and a filter, won't go back.

I was recommended to this place by a friend.
I am just extremely upset about the service that I have been given here.
In the beginning I was able to speak with Lane, who was very respectful. and was able to help get a loan to pay for anything that needs to be fixed. I was instantly approved.
I end up bringing the car in to get fixed and this is where I started to become upset. I brought the car in on Saturday mid day. 08/10/2024
I was told they will run test and I will hear back by EOD or Monday the latest.
Monday came and went. I did not hear anything and when I called, they stated they still running diagnosis. Cool.
Tuesday- Same thing.
Wednesday- Same thing. I end up having my friend call to get information and they told her what they thought the problem would be. Cool.
I get a text with an estimate of how much everything was going to be. No one called me to explain charges or anything.
No one even called to let me know they will start doing this or start doing that to get it resolved.
Every time I call, all I get is "they are working on it" . They gave me estimated date for Friday, than went to Saturday, and than Monday 08/19 for the issue to be resolved. Monday I did not receive no follow up call to let me know anything. Through this whole thing I had no clue what they doing or anything cause they never called.
I called Tuesday 08/20 and Bryan told me it will be fixed by EOD. I get a call to pick up the vehicle. My boyfriend picked up the vehicle and nothing was said. No receipt or anything was given.
Like 15 minutes into the ride the car started to do the same thing we originally sent the car to get fixed for!!!! Which means we had to resend it to the shop to get fixed. This is our only car and to spend ubers to get to work and etc been a lot of money and top of that to pay 1200 for something that was not fixed in the first place is crazy.
I had a business trip on 08/23 that I had to pay extra money for since the car was not fixed. I wish their was a little more communication through out this all and maybe I would have a better understanding.
Also, I wish they would not just tell me what I want to hear and give me the real reason why this is taking so long.
I would of been way less mad if they would have said " We are still working on it and its going to be about 7-14 days depending on what we find, etc. Giving me days and it not being ready, and with the lack of communication and everyone non chalant just really upset me.
It is now 08/27 and the car is still not done and no one ever knows anything. WHY IS IT TAKING OVER 17 DAYS TO FIX THIS??? WHY IS NO ONE CALLING TO LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY DID WE NOT GET A RECEIPT WHEN WE FIRST PICKED THE CAR UP???
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO HAVE AN ANSWER AND NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO CALL TO LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.. THIS IS CRAZY!!!

I was having problems with my driving and my engine light would go on and off. Lane has helped me a whole bunch! very nice guy!!!
