Go to your dealership or go to a trusted mechanic... Too many miscommunications, hiccups and poor hospitality here. Guys here seem to hate their life, and it seems it bleeds into how they service cars.

I had previously very positive experiences with this place. Today I had an emergency with one of my tires. I called the shop and asked if they could assist. They provided a time for me to show up and when I did I got told they could not assist me with the repair/replacement as they do not have the tire in stock. If the individual who took my call had inquired more thoroughly about my issue they would have been able to determine they do not have the tire in stock thus saving me time from work to drive to the shop. Add insult to injury I was directed to go buy "used tires" down the road when they informed me they did not have any tires in stock.

Are we here because my car won't turn over they blew out the computer and then wanted me to pay for them a new computer while they take no blame for it

I used to love going to this Midas because they didn't try to take advantage of me like Midas' are known for. I've been using them for years. Now they have a new crew who are living up to the Midas reputation. They broke my oil pan and chose not to take responsibility and charged me for the labor. They claimed it was such a big job because they would have to take my engine out to get to it, which was a lie. Even the owner said that was unnecessary. I was forced to pay because I can't go without a car when I have kids to run around.
They never even showed me what was broken, just told me that it was. My car went in without leaking anything on the ground and once he pulled it out he all of a sudden noticed something was leaking. The manager knew the tech broke it but didn't want to take the fault.

Brought a coupon for $29.99 semi-synthetic oil change for my 2021 Honda Civic. At the end when it came time to pay told me I owed $59.11 because my car “required full synthetic oil” which is BS. I didn’t want to argue so I feigned ignorance but buyer beware.

**Beware of Midas—They Will Scam You!**
I recently visited Midas, where they informed me that I needed new tires and that my lower ball joints were on the verge of failing. This diagnosis was given for my car, which has less than 40,000 miles on it! Sensing something wasn't right, I took my car to my trusted, reputable mechanic. Not only did he confirm that my ball joints were in *near perfect* condition, but he also revealed that my tires were perfectly fine. All I had was a small, REPAIRABLE puncture.
While the staff at Midas were all smiles and seemingly friendly, it's clear that it was all just an act. Had I followed their "advice," I would have been out nearly $1,000 for unnecessary repairs. Instead, I spent $15 on a simple patch and scheduled a regular alignment during my next tune-up.
**DO NOT trust Midas.** Their quotes and recommendations are nothing but a scam designed to drain your wallet. Stay far away unless you want to be ripped off.

Isaiah went above and beyond in helping me with the situation with my vehicle. I wasn't sure if I was going to repair it or just sell it. After speaking with him, I decided to have my car repaired, and his staff did a great job!

I've been coming to Midas for years to service my car. The staff has always been very helpful and professional. For today's service I have been working with Isaiah..what a gem...Professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I paid a little more than expected, but I don't mind with quality service like this. Travis actually worked on my car and did great job. I needed a new window regulator as my window would not roll up. I did the tried and true method of using masking tape to seal the window and it apparently created a gooey mess. Travis, Isaiah and other staff worked long and hard to get all the glue removed, meticulously using a razor blade to get it off. This was time consuming and tedious but they did it because they didn't want me to leave without being able to see out the window. This particular Midas is top notch. I would highly recommend. Great job guys, thanks.

Isaiah and Brian were great. Loved the customer appreciation decorations. Amazing staff and they got me in and out!!! I wish I could give more stars!!!! I don’t even stay out this way anymore and I still travel out here.
