As a concern customer I wouldn't recommend any of the Midas stores they're very very unprofessional and beyond disrespectful (Mike) to their paying customers and never got serviced went to another great company. !

Excellent customer service experience, knowledgeable auto Technicians, and exceptional auto care to resolve battery maintenance issue. Service was fantastic, my wife was impressed and will scheduled a routine maintenance on her vehicle, instead of the Toyota Dealership.

Had an oil change. I ask Mario to put seat covers and paper mat on floor of?my car. He didn't do it. If you working on others customer cars, and you're dirty, what's the problem.? I started to give him a tip. But sense he was a smart pants I change my mind.

I have been coming to this Midas for about 15 years and the manager Mike has been just wonderful. Never changed up. This is the most honest, respectful place I know. Coffee is always Hot and wonderful while you wait. Lobby and bathroom always clean and mommy approved lol.Service: Oil change

HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I paid $70 dollars for a oil change and tire rotation. I called ahead of time and they told me 30 minutes so I went on my lunch break once I got there they said 3+ hours so I PAID FOR A RIDE home and back there. They were closing as I got my car so I didn't have time to look over it. Once I went home I noticed they DIDNT top off fluids or ROTATE the tires. I know for sure because I have a scuff on one tire and it's still in the same place. So I went back and MIKE told me I would have to leave it over night. I got there at 430 they close at 6. And reminded this is their mistake. I have already went way out of my way to get it back. I told him I can't I've already paid for rides last time, I need it to get to work tomorrow and this was their fault and I should be taken care of quickly. He then crumbled up my paper, told me he wasn't doing anything for me he's not helping not giving a refund and to get out of HIS SHOP. WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR DO NOT TRUST THEM. they basically just stole my 70 dollars and told me there is nothing I can do about it. I can not believe the way that he talked to a customer trying to help him fix their mistake. I am beyond upset , 70 dollars is alot right now and for the work to not get done, me have to go out of my way twice and ten to get yelled at and told they wouldn't fix it is so crazy to me. IT IS THEFT!!! I WILL BE PRESSING THIS ISSUE, I have video of the manager MIKE yelling at me and telling me to get out of His shop. Do not go there, worst service possible!!!!

This shop sucks to diagnose your car. Ive told em that my brake,abs,vdc and slip light would come up their and then. They check it and they told me to go to a car audio place cause it has eletrical issues...took it their and they said it has nothing to with eletrical issues. They said the battery is good and the alternator is good. That its more mechanical issue than eletrical...so the audio place luckily had a employee that has those devices to check the engine(that devices only cost $100 bucks) and checked it and it turnd out to be the ABS..so i called to the midas and i told em if they can re check it again for free cause ive already waisted a lot of money. They said yes. Took it their again and explaind them the situation and they told me with their check engine light device wouldnt show anything! And they didnt want to re check the car. For me just to take it to the dealer ship to get the car re programed.
