Went in told gentleman that I had an appointment at 3pm. He ask me my name told him my name but I advise him that the gentleman that answered the phone he never asked me my name he just told me to come up there at 3:00. So I wasn't in the system but the gentleman said no problem he can put me in. So we sat there and sat there and sat there and sat there. To remind you all I was getting was a diagnostic test to see why my engine light was on. There were three guys that were just standing around not doing nothing why one was still working on the car. So about 4pm this guy drive up go n and check in next thing I know one of the guys I was just standing around not doing nothing come straight out and hop in the guy car that just pulled up. So I politely when in and as can I go ahead and get my keys back because there's no way I should have been sitting there for a whole hour just to see what was wrong with my car, and I was supposed to have an appointment. I will never go there again I will never send anybody there again I will never have my husband go back there again. Poor poor customer service

Everything went great. However the only bad thing is the master mechanic was not at all Friendly to customers. He worked well with co workers. I asked him a question and he acted like I asked him for 10000000.00 dollars.

The sign said opened just now. I went there to get air in my tire and have my oil changed. This rude dude with queen latifah corn rows braids tells me “you are keeping me away from my son”. First of all the sign said opened and that is unprofessional. I will never come there to receive services after that interaction.

The desk clerk has no manners. I came in and stood and waited for him to acknowledge me. He was on the phone. He never did, so I just sat down.
I told him that I needed a tire rotation. My car was taken to the garage and shortly after I was told that the thread is bad and that I needed two tires.
Long story short- I paid $840 for two tires AND a rotation. When I complained, he gave me a coupon for an oil change.
Update: the general manager called and apologized and offered to refund the cost of the rotation. 7/22/24

They are professional and care about customers' satisfaction. They like their job, and treat you with respect and professionalism. It is the only place where I can bring my cars and do not worry about how the service will be performed.
