I went there on saturday. My first time there, but I was able to schedule an appointement that day really easily and was received on time the same day. Ms. Jennifer was really kind and helpful answering my questions and giving me care. Easy place to access too even when riding the bus.

This is the second time I have used the Bexley CVS Minute Clinic and both times my caregivers were professional, thorough, helpful, and exceedingly kind. Kudos and many thanks to Mikaelyn, Pasha, and Alicia! Your warmth and concern for your patients makes a difference. I really appreciate that you went out of your way to help me.

Went for ear cleaning told CNP why I needed a ear wax removal. This CNP kept acting like she couldn't take my blood pressure. Then she told me my ears hurt because it's allergy season and compared me to herself. I'm not going back here or the Cvs.

I was running a high grade fever last night and decided I really needed to get checked out. Knowing it would take a bit to see my primary physician, and the higher cost of urgent care, I remember MinuteClinic. In the past they were hit or miss but had nothing but a perfect experience. I hopped on my CVS app and book the earliest next day appointment and was set. I received text confirmation and reminders and was able to check in via a link 15 mins before my appointment.I sat in the lobby a few minutes and was scene exactly at my appointment time. Emily was my Nurse Practitioner and was super helpful and listened to my concerns. I received my diagnosis and some prescriptions. I had the prescriptions sent to my usual pharmacists, paid my copay, and was out the door.Wonderful experience today, but unfortunately I tested positive the Flu type A. That aside, and from felling super crappy, I am thankful that there was the MinuteClinic option. Five stars for ease of use, service, and overall experience.Best helpful hint, do make an appointment via the CVS app or at CVS.com. It makes it hassle free, and secures your spot. Super convenient and easy.

On the two employees on 5/18/22 at 7pm were so kind to fit me in and have me seen without an available appointment slot. I have never been to a minute clinic before I’ll be sure to be back

They all have a relly bad actitud like if they are in the wrong career, they may be doctors but the don't help or care about you at all.

I set an appointment and came in to clarify and they had me wait in my car and said they were going to give me a call. I’m waiting in my car for 30 minutes and still no call. I come in and they are taking another person that just showed up before me. They skipped me for 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. Highly do not recommend this location. I have been to many minute clinics and this one is by far the worst. Soo frustrated

Very helpful with some ear problems I was having. Both nurse practitioners were really kind and able to diagnose/treat my ear problems immediately. Thank you!

This store is only amazing because of my pharmacist Jen. This store is lucky to have her. She cares so much about every patient and every pharmacist. She gives the most amazing flu shots! 10/10 would recommend.

Getting a star because the employees are at least kind for the most part. The pharmacy takes forever, nothing is ever ready when it supposed to be and if it is ready they don't let you know. I have a prescription that I have to call to refill every month and every month they mThey can't manage to get it ready before four hours after the call. It is ridiculous that whether I get to take my medication or not depends on if the store is busy

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Im sharing my experience in hope that no one else is put in danger by going here. I was seen by ERIN on Sunday. Not only did she show little to no interest or concern but she also put my life at risk with her carelessness. I went in with a super sore throat and sinus headache, I expressed too her I was in a lot of pain and knew this wasn't normal. After telling me how normal my sickness is and that she had the same thing and it took 2 months to go away (not normal) and that I would be fine, she said all I needed to do was eat popsicles and rest. I asked her to check again and please prescribe me something. She refused and insisted I was fine and everything was normal. Today I went for a second opinion at my normal doctors office and found out I have a SEVERE ear infection and a SEVERE sinus infection, I was started on the highest level of antibiotics and steroids immediately. This doctor did all the same tests Erin did, less than 12 hours after I saw her. If I had taken Erin's advice my ear infection would have went un treated and potentially spread to my brain. I asked multiple times for her to give me and antibiotic and she responded by giving me a pamphlet about the negative effects of antibiotics and saying theres absolutely nothing she can do. Thank Goodness I went for a second opinion.

Worst CVS in the Columbus area. They constantly have problems with staff. You often wait for an hour or more for a prescription. Yesterday I waited in the drive-through for 22 minutes before someone came to the window. I pushed the button several times and when the pharmacist came to the window she was angry with me because I had pushed the button several times. There were six cars behind me. The pharmacist was extremely unprofessional. This is just one example of how unprofessional this Pharmacy is. For the past several years it seems to be a management problem. It is unfortunate because it is in a great location in Bexley but it is not serving the people well at all. I have been a CVS customer as far back as when CVS was Revco but now it looks like I will need to switch to Walgreens.

Giving 2 stars seems very generous. However, I give them solely based on the fact that they are at the end of my street in Bexley. I used a small "mom And pop" pharmacy for my regular medications. The downside to using a smaller pharmacy, is that they aren't open on weekends. So, my son needed to start a new medication from his doc appt yesterday morning. I had no other meds to pick up at my normal pharmacy, so rather than make the extra drive, I told his doc to just send it to the Bexley CVS. Of course, here we are- no call to let me know it's ready (I'll provide them with my phone number for the 9,000th time, but it will do no good). I called yesterday evening to see if it was ready for me to pick up and was informed by the super pleasant (heavily riddled with sarcasm) pharmacy employee that they are "working on Wednesday's prescriptions because they are so behind". When I suggested transferring the script to another pharmacy because they are "sooo busy", I was told it would be hand delivered to the pharmacist to be filled today and I would get a call upon completion. No call. Not shocked. I'll go get it today (since my call told me it was ready) and will promptly have it transferred to my normal pharmacy on Monday. I can't be really irritated honestly. It was completely my fault for assuming they have their act together. Nope. Just a big reminder of why I quit them in the first place. I'm a s***** for a pain in my a** I guess. You would think *someone*from CVS would read these reviews and actually do something different. But, I think the reality is, they will continue to run a s*** show, so long as people continue to give them business. I certainly think the majority of people who deal with them, do so out of location convenience and not necessity. Lesson officially learned.
