Easton needs to give this place the boot! Always a rushed job, rude service, constantly making up prices to charge you more, and the quality of service is just not there. And if you don’t like your nails, they get even more rude and will refuse a refund and insist you sit down and let them fix it. Why are you trying to fix it when you should’ve taken your time from the beginning??? They will deny refund and say it’s against their policy, but this policy is nowhere visible for the customer. Skip this place! Go to Avalon or Anthony Vince, both at Easton, amongst the outside shops.

Very badly done looks like a child did my nails, don't recommend. They are very rushed when doing nails, even tho nobody else was in the salon.

I do not recommend this place!!!! The prices show $37 and up for full set. My sister in law got a SHORT full set with gel polish.
The service overall was just terrible. Denny or what ever his name is was full on rushing through the whole set, not only that but he was yanking my sister in laws arms the whole time.
He kept asking what we were doing which made us feel like he was trying to see how much to over charge us. After paying my sister in law looked at her nails and realized that they were crooked, different sizes, the polish doesn't look coated well, and too wide. We then went back and asked for a refund in which they started insisting for us to sit down and they'd get it fixed. We told them we didn't want to sit there for much longer since the set took about 40-50 minutes already for a set that didn't even looked good or decent. We were asking for at least half of a refund or full. Denny then proceeded to tell us that their policy doesn't allow refunds and that he had told us the price before getting started but he originally told us $55 and that it was actually $65 because they were "long" in which I told him that those nails were not even medium size. Then he proceeded to repeat himself stating that the policy was no refunds and that he could redo the set again in which we told him that we didn't want to sit there again because he should've taken his time the second he started on her nails.
Then I started looking for this said policy it to my surprise it is nowhere to be found so a customer won't know about this policy. I proceeded to ask him where this policy was at and he kept saying it's the managers policy in which I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager about this policy in which he then again started to repeat himself stating that he would re do this set. We decided to just leave since we didn't see that we would get a refund. Please do not come to this nail salon at all!! Not only will they rush through the whole process and also yank you all over the place as they do your nails. It may be
"cheap" but it's definitely not worth it at all. Also the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned and sanitized since Covid started. All the brushes have dust and build up and most of the products look like they're expired as well.

Don’t recommend, very rushed & bad quality. Told me 55$ but when I paid it was over $70.
I asked for a refund but they said they can’t do that, the nails are very badly done, do not recommend to go here. The brushes and supplies are also very unsanitary.

it’s uneven literally everywhere the staff was nice though but don’t go here i will always look at reviews before i go somewhere from here on out

Very bad service and expensive, I asked him to remove the dirt from the nails and he didn't listen to me, I don't recommend it

Got a pedicure here, the experience was fine, the staff nice enough. The polish job was okay. The major issue was that it was Dirty in many places, like as in not cleaned in a while. Made me wish we had looked at reviews. We thought it being at Easton would mean it was fine. They were not busy so definitely had time to wipe down surfaces.

Terrible technique. Went for a fill and I have never had a worse job done. The acrylic was so thick at the cuticles. It looked like a child did it. When I kept asking for it to be fixed she got mad filed the polish off and refused to fix it. Additionally she kept cutting me as you can see in the photo my fingers are bleeding. It was by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon.
