I never thought that hot yoga was something that was in my wheelhouse, but I was so wrong. Not only is the studio my new place for peace, but the staff and friends I've gained are amazing in every way. I am so thankful to be apart of this community!

Seriously the best hot yoga studio I've ever been to. Super accepting, they go out of their way to make sure you understand how to do the movements while also letting you know where you should feel it in your body. I am obsessed!
