This is in a now-dying shopping mall; surprised it is still open. Glad, though. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff throughout the store. They had some of what I needed, and were very apologetic about the other stuff. Standard CVS selection (small) and pricing (a bit high.) Convenient sometimes. Only drug store in this area, so handy.

My favorite CVS. I'm closer to the campus one but I go a few minutes out of my way to the Thurber Village/Victorian Village CVS because the staff here are much more attentive, friendly and polite than the campus area (High St.) location. The pharmacists are the sweetest and work so hard! They remember my husband and I and are always on point. I never have any issued with my prescriptions or accounts missing information. They do all they can they make sure scripts are filled quickly and correctly and that you get all your coupons/ save as much as you can.

It's been almost three years since I began using this CVS pharmacy and what better a day than #ThankYouThursday to pen a review update to share how grateful I am for them. Seriously, 2020 is not the year to have health issues. With the pandemic going on, the last thing you want is to end up at the hospital or needing medications every other day. Well, low and behold that's exactly what's happened to me and I'm so appreciative of their attention to detail, timeliness, and friendly service. I gotta give a big shout out to Aaron! We've definitely seen a lot of each other over the past few years, even more so lately and he's always so sweet and helpful. I honestly look forward to seeing him and try to pick up my prescriptions earlier in the day because I know he's likely around. I don't want to discredit the other employees because honestly, they're all very nice. You almost always get greeted when walking in, they're keeping COVID precautions top of mind, and they keep things stocked up well. So very thankful this CVS is just a few blocks away, I don't know what I would do without them.

This is a great location with excellent customer service in general. But Ashley, the manager, is literally the most exemplary manager of any vendor (not just CVS) I've ever had the pleasure to meet. She goes above and beyond, each and every time, to make sure customers feel valued and satisfied, no matter what the circumstance. If you have a problem, she will fix it, and you will leave happy. It's that simple. She is the single reason I keep coming back to this location even though there are other pharmacies closer to my home. I have no idea how she's compensated, but I can promise you she deserves a raise. Thank you Ashley, for making my day on so many occasions, and for your unflagging optimism, kindness, and work ethic. I hope you feel as valued by your customers as we feel by you. You're the best!

Came in here to get some needed chapstick. Found what I was looking for after asking twice as the EOS chapstick is not with the other chapsticks. The ladies were nice and helpful, but the store seems very old and a bit rundown compared to other CVSs I have shopped.

My favorite CVS. Been getting my meds and birthday cards here for years. Amazing and friendly staff and good pharmacy techs.

Last month, I went to pick up my wife's prescription after they texted us to say it was ready. When we arrived, we were told it was not ready and also not in stock. We were told to show up two days later. When w showed up two days later we were told once again her medication was not in stock and to come back another day. The third time this happened, the medication was in stock and I had to wait an hour to pick it up even though we were told it was filled. Since then we have been texted and notified her prescription was filled, but it was not. Overall I dread going here.

I just love kooks like Kiki who are so quick to label someone and "hugely inappropriate" simply because they bring up something they've noticed about you (biking, in this case) and then saying they spotted said employee near their home address. Well, Kiki, that's what makes this CVS unique and special. Most who work their live locally. I see them walking to work. So it's highly unlikely that the "hugely inappropriate pharmacy tech" was stalking you in some way as to witness your pathetic little life. I would also add that after changing your pharmacy, I hope you've stayed on your meds. It appears that you need them. Bad. That being said, this CVS is a remarkably friendly store. I've been shopping here for over a decade. I've gotten to know everyone there on a first name basis. They warmly greet customers and bid them good day as they leave. In me, they've got a customer for life.
