I love Moo Moo, the people are always helpful & nice. I only thing I can say is everytime I go through it bends my license plate. Sometimes I forget to check once I complete my wash. You get free car vacuum with your car wash. They do offer membership on different car washes. They give you a sticker to put in the window of your car & when you appear the scanners will read bar codes & the Arm (????)raises allow you to enter. You can't remove it or it's voided. I used to do it but I don't go a lot because of my license plate??! It's probably the heavy duty brushes ?️!(don't really know). This year I notice a regular wash doesn't get some areas of my ? clean !!!! Overall the price of car ? wash & vacuum price is all good! ?????????????

This car wash is the best car wash I have been to. Prices are affordable, and I receive a clean wash every time I visit. They are open year round.

One of the vacuum hose nozzles was broken, so I skipped doing the passenger side. Yes I expect more from a free vacuum, at a brand new car wash. Yeah. 4 stars. Hahaha

Have never had an issue. Sometimes I'll go through twice if my car had gotten especially bad but it's super easy with the unlimited package

Again NO air fresheners or towel package for unlimited was members correction my program is creame de la creame and this is my third visit with do air freshener or towel package

This location is one of the smoothest locations on the east side of Columbus. I love the fact that of the open lot with a lot of space to vacuum your car out. It is usually not packed and the other great thing is they all open at 7am!!

Everytime I go here it's like my first time every time. The service is always great and I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes to get my car washed. I'm glad we finally got one in this area.

Usually gets my car clean, but didn't like the fact that they raised the price to $7 and didn't warn the customers! There's no longer an incentive to go there over their competitor.

Gets the job done for a good deal: basic 5 dollar wash plus free self serve vacuuming afterwards.

Couldn't offer services provided... and didn't have any indication offered to the client so we can choose another option.. after purchasing a full wash. I wasn't provided the service..I asked is there any discount.. the entry level worker replied.. " my boss said not to offer anyanything ".. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I clean and detail my own car. I use this place for the free vacuums. Which....is a great thing. Alot of bays to pull into and use. Enjoyed the visit
