Had some services performed and got a quote for several others. As far as I know oil change and brake flush were done fine, though not cheaply. Quote for other services seemed high. After leaving the shop, my hood was left unlatched, which I discovered after it started shaking on the highway. I notified them and they warned me about the latch possibly being faulty (it's not, no issues before or since), nothing else. Unprofessional. Overpriced.Services: Brakes

Aaron was very detailed and transparent on the quote and repair for my 2008 BMW 1 Series. The entire staff was friendly.

If you have a German car and you want the work done right, this is the place to go. My wife and I and both my daughters have always had positive experiences here over many years with our respective VWs and BMW.

Trusted them to assemble an Audi motor for me. Asked them if the parts would work and they said yea, I trusted their word and I was let down. Asked about a warranty incase of engine failure and I was told word for word "That won't happen". Well bs. 2 months later I was met with a knocking motor right after they assembled it and was told there is nothing they will do. 1700$ and another wasted motor. Wish I would've just done it myself. They were nice guys and cool techs. Seems to be good for standard maintenance but I would never trust them to take on anything extensive like this no matter what they say they're capable of. No motor should blow up after 2 months, and at the minimum, they should've provided some sort of goodwill compensation.

Been with Motorkars for one and a half year. I got a 2012 VW GLI and I was initially referred by a race shop as they don't do intake install. Did the intake install, ended up asking them to did the 50k mile full service later next week. Somebody burnt my clutch and I was super worried at the moment. Aron assured me that if the clutch is worn I can already feel it and stressed the unnecessarily to get it checked as replacing clutch cost a fortune. Since I insisted it should be checked, he asked the mechanic to drive it if this made me assured. Also Curtis is a great talker, he wouldn't stop explaining about mechanics when you asked, and I learnt a great deal from him. Later when I asked about options for breaks as they advised me that my breaks are going to wear out soon. They recommended me few options but reminded me that they are repair shop and their opinions might not be as accurate as race shops. But I ended up buying EBC breaks they recommended and ask them to install for me. Later last year my timing chain seal leaked and ruined the reservoir, quoted me a fair labor price and got it done as soon as they could. And early this year, I was out of town and by battery started to built up residue, I called Aron and he texted me the tools I need and how can I do it. Now I'm switching my car for a subie so I went back to them to print out all my service records. When I asked about reputable subie shops, Aron was more than happy to ask around and researched then tell me all the fine shops in town. Definitely recommend this shop!Services: Exhaust

Incompetent mechanics, all lies and they do not back up their work. Completely unreliable and they will not do quality work. DO NOT GO TO MOTORKARS. They will steal your money and leave your car in worse shape then before you came in. I would give 0 stars.

Generally good experience here. However, I found it interesting that they measured my tire tread at 4” front and 2” back and recommended replacing all 4. I went to Audi and they measured (several measurements per tire) average at 6” and 4”

I have taken a number of Volkswagens to Motorkars over the years. I can trust them to complete high quality work at a reasonable cost. Their estimates are accurate and they spend time explaining what their recommendations are before moving forward with the work. They also support that I can do some of the work myself, and they can always pick up where I left off. No finger pointing or egos at this shop at all. Thanks Aaron and team - I highly recommend Motorkars!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

My only go to for my Audi… I advise all Audi, Volkswagen, and BMW owners to give them one visit and you decide.
